But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that Coyotes are prevalent in the area. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm. Parking Details: 1 car garage 2 cars can park on the driveway This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed with En-suite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed with En-suite Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Queen bed Bedroom 5 / 2x twin beds Office / Sleeper sofa Living Area / Sleeper sofa + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Property had a wonderful location. We didn’t have to drive far for skiing, skating, or tubing. I’ve never had a more incredible response team. When we asked for anything or had a question, it was answered within minutes.

The space was much bigger than I thought. The property managers were super responsive and enjoyed our time there. Location was good - right across the street from the entrance to Canyons. It’s about a 5-7 walk to get the gondola. The hotub could use an upgrade - small, takes forver to get warm.

this property was in a perfect location. Very close to both the ski runs as well as the city part so you can easily access food and groceries. There was surprisingly a ton of room and a well-stocked kitchen. We had our entire Thanksgiving dinner prepared there, and there was everything we needed to get it done. The management company was in constant contact with us and that was very helpful.

We loved our stay! The master bath was especially popular with our young adults! Lost of room in the house for all 14 of us! Only negative thing was carpet in basement needs to be replaced!

Very nicely appointed house with plenty of room for our 13 person group to spread out, share meals in the kitchen & dining area, watch TV, or hit the hot tub. Highlight was the proximity to Canyons Village, we walked to the Cabriolet every day for skiing, just across the skiing. Great choice for family groups.

Managers were prompt and helpful, but would not recommend place. 4 bedroom was a loft upstairs with steep ladder. Only usable for kids, not adults The unit was dirty and the sheets were not cleaned in one bedroom. Water dripping in back door and hot tub water was low.

Easy and just as described

This was my first time staying at an Avant Stay property and it was a real pleasure. Super easy communication, check in, check out, feedback. Property is just as described. Spacious, and GREAT wifi (easily supported simultaneous video calls). Kitchen is well equipped, neighborhood is close to many biking/hiking/walking trails. AC was appreciated given hot smoky weather. There are some minor repairs needed to the deck, hot tub cover, etc. but nothing that will interfere with your stay.

We had a great time with the whole family. Plenty of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, such a nice place to have a weekend retreat. 3 families plus the grandparents and we loved it!

The home was nice and in a good location.

The home was nice and in a good location.

It was good, but the garbage was not emptied in the basement. There was no bedding for the pullout beds, and one of the bathroom toilet seats was broken, causing one of my kids to get hurt. I guess the year of COVID could be the cause. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond, the check in procedures were awesome, and the home was beautiful.
