Location is perfect. House was immaculate and very spacious. Hosts always available for any help any advice

SunnyVale was exactly as described, and provided us with the space we needed as a group ahead of a close family members funeral. We could spread out over the three floors to have time to ourselves if needed then group on the ground floor which is open plan and have quality time together. It was so nice to be able to walk to 'The Island' and equally over to Jackson's Bay especially for the younger members of our group, we all had much needed fun at the fair too!

A washing line would have been useful for drying off a few things and a new ironing board cover/iron. Ironing shirts and things for the Monday was a bit tricky but we coped, not a deal breaker though!

So this property is great, great location, ideal for the beach and funfair at Barry island and walking distance from it all. Just walk along the back route and it’s 5 mins away. First day we drove to the beach and paid for parking but figured out the next day we could leave the car at home and walk. If you think you will find halal places close by, you will not, even if they say they’re halal they are most likely not unless they are owned by Muslims. We found Asda close by to get breakfast essentials which really helped keep the cost down a little otherwise we would be on the hunt for a place to eat early mornings with hungry children. And the dishwasher helped to not wash the dishes which was great.

The washing machine does have mold inside the soap dish part which was off putting so we didn’t end up using this, otherwise that would have really helped us out as all the kids went into the water and the clothes were all filthy. The house looked clean however the floors were sticky and so was the table, maybe due to the cleaning products, again I’m not really too sure, cobwebs and spiders in all nooks and crannies and dust around all the light bulbs. The water in the loft would run hot and cold I think this would be down to others using water at the same time I’m not sure, but slightly annoying. Other than these little things all good really

A lovely house in a great location with parking. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bed linen. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Recommended if you want to stay in Barry.

An information pack would have been helpful with WiFi code and instructions for kitchen equipment. More drawer storage in the bedrooms would be useful for a longer stay.

The views were brilliant and the was house was very good for friends and family to get together

The only one thing that could be better would be to extend the check out time an extra hour as it was a bit of a rush after a brilliant weekend

We were six adults on a trip for one of our birthdays and a great place to stay for our short break The house can comfortably accommodate 10 plus people and the rooms are all spacious and double except the room with bunkbeds. The facilitates were great ,especially having a dish washer who wants to wash up whilst on your hols. The furniture and rooms were furnished to accommodate 10 plus people and also very comfortable. The house is situated in a nice central location 5 minutes from the station and just a few minutes further for amusements and the beach. Craig was very helpful with questions and recommendations and are considering booking again .
