I highly recommend this property for a relaxing family getaway. It's nestled in a rural area with lots of trees and wildlife. My great granddaughter loved her walks and saw deer closeup. Austin (host) was very responsive to all questions. Perfect spot for Aggies to get together. Five stars!

The house is well set up, spacious and on 10 acres out in the country, but we could be in town in 15 minutes, great location. We availed ourselves of most of the amenities pool table, horseshoe pit and washer board. Celebrated Thanksgiving with our son and his family from Phoenix. Everything worked out perfectly. We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. Everyone had their own bed and the 3 bathrooms meant never having a line. Thanks Austin, the property was everything you advertise and even roomier than we expected. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
