The home itself was beautiful. But there was just some issues that’s we noticed over our stay but with having horrible service it was hard to communicate it with anyone. The smell of the cooking dishes is awful. When you open the cabinet the smell of old seafood hits you in the face. We attempted one time to cook at the cabin and when I tried to use the oven the entire bottom of the oven hadn’t been cleaned and there were burnt substances at the bottom of it. So when you turned the oven on it was smoking and smelling burnt. Microwave wasn’t cleaned nor was the dishwasher on the outside. We used the fireplace one time. After that it wouldn’t come back on. When opening the hot tub you could smell the water was not clean. It had mildew smell and only was hot the first night. After that it was luke warm. We were busy in town most of the time so we tried not to focus on these things and enjoy our stay regardless but I just wanted you to be aware.

The property was very good. Everything was clean a lot of thought was putting to it had a great time with the family. The only thing that wasn't clean was the oven if you're planning to do any cooking.

We rented a cabin with a king bed, a futon and 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds
Long list of issues.
At least 12 Issues of things not clean, broken, not working and/or missing.
The rug at front door was a tripping hazard.
Very stressful because of the agreement we could of been held responsible for anything not reported that was an issue.

This is how you do Vrbo. Great location, awesome views and quiet. Cabin is beautifully decorated, no Ross decor, no furniture from grandmas basement, it looks exactly like a cabin should. Customer service is awesome, helped me with a issue that had nothing to do with them. Just can’t say enough.

The property and the location was lovely.
We spent a lot of time in the morning and evening on the front porch which has a view of the mountain.
Just a recommendation that an initial supply of dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, salt, sugar and basic spices like black pepper etc would be nice so guests don’t have to run to the store right away.
The location is perfect as in it’s not in the middle of hustle bustle of Gatlinburg and not deep in the woods which sometimes could be inconvenient from accessibility standpoint. I loved the property as well and would go back again.

The property is very clean and well cared for. We loved everything about the cabin. The pool area was a great surprise and was perfect for our 4 and 6 year old. The location is about 20 mins from Gatlinburg and about 30 mins to pigeon forge. We definitely want to come back and stay at this location

Overall, this was an incredible value for our family of 4. We chose this place because of the proximity to activities in Gatlinburg and because one of the guest rooms had two queen beds so our kids didn't have to share a bed. This was the perfect solution for our family!
This cabin is about 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg which is about the perfect distance to where it isn't a huge imposition to go in to town to experience the tourist stuff and the national park. Coming home in the afternoon to play in the pool at the resort was a nice perk as well!
The cabin itself was well maintained and clean. As this was our first time using VRBO we were a little nervous about having the items we needed for cooking and serving meals but we were glad to see it had the essentials. For more than a family of four, you may need to bring a few additional plates, bowls, etc. My wife and my favorite part about our stay in this cabin was having family meals overlooking the mountains from the dining room window.
While we did encounter an issue with a small water leak from the kitchen sink when we arrived in the late afternoon, it was resolved quickly the next morning.
Our family would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a balanced stay in the Great Smoky Mountains.

My husband, two teen daughters, and I stayed for a half week trip over the girls spring break. We greatly enjoyed the cabin layout, location, and various amenities. The hot tub specifically was a great success with both the girls and was wonderful on some very sore muscles after a day of hiking. Thank you so much for a great time. Would definitely stay here again

Overall, we had a great stay. The cabin was nice and in a convenient location. No curvy or steep roads, and about a 15-20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the cabin. The cleaning people could’ve done a better job- there were some crumbs left on the dining room chairs, lots of hair and dust on the floor, and when we went to move the large mattress pad located on the floor upstairs there were 2 dirty socks underneath it (either left from the people before us or someone else prior to them). We also had a bit of an ant problem (not sure if it was something we left out) in the kitchen and the king suite bathroom. They weren’t terrible, but not pleasant to have to see either. Despite these few minor issues, I would recommend this cabin and I would definitely come back and stay again.

Very enjoyable stay. The cabin was clean and homey. The fire place was my favorite part. Comfy bed, plenty of light. My only minor complaint is that we arrived at night and it was hard to tell the numbers of the cabins without checking each one on foot.

Overall we were satisfied with this property. Brand new build. Clean. Comfortable. Exactly as pictured. Decently, but not abundantly, stocked. You may need more toilet paper depending on your group size/ stay length. We were given fair warning so this wasn't an issue for us. The beds are outfitted with just a sheet and thin comforter so bring blankets if that is important to you. It gets chilly at night! Neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. Really the only negative is that the location is bit far if you plan to spend a lot of time in the park. In order to get to the Smoky Mountains you need to drive through Gatlinburg, which is an absolute parking lot. This was my first visit and I was not prepared for the crowds and gridlock during what was supposed to be a slower time of year. Honestly, if you want to 'get away' from civilization I do not recommend a vacation in this part of TN. Crowds were everywhere. Drive to the park entrance was 30 minutes with traffic, plus up to an hour more to get your destination within the park.

Too many stairs to climb to haul items from car/truck to cabin and then back again upon departure. Two Master bathroom lights were out, television noise carried throughout the cabin - not enough sound barriers, no liquid dish soap was provided, only one dish towel and dish cloth was provided along with only one trash bag. Refrigerator did not cool enough, parking is limited, bathroom sink countertops are not attached to the wall or the cabinet frame structure for the sink—easily pulls from the wall, beds are very uncomfortable. No closet space available in master bedroom however there is a locked closet in the room, pool table is not level, walls are paper thin. Definitely assessed too much money for what we received. Although it looked charming, it was very cheaply constructed and was stocked with very limited cleaning supplies. I’ll never book this place this again as there are several other options available in the area of Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge or Sevierville.

We rented this property for a week’s visit to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain National Park. This place was perfect for our family. It is in a quiet area outside of town. The house was clean and very comfortable. The resort pool was fun for our kids after spending the days hiking. Would definitely recommend for a fun family getaway!

The cabin was just as listed. Everything was clean and in place. The rooms were spacious and each room had a large TV. The hot tub was wonderful and the privacy screens were perfect. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the house. it was not super clean. We moved some furniture to play board games and was greeted with a lot of debris. The cover on the hot tub smelled of mold. While it was a cabin, there were a lot of cobwebs to be removed before we could enjoy the area. Counters and stove top not clean. Generally speaking the cleaning crew not doing their best work.

Luckily, the drive was easy (no crazy winding roads to get to the cabin, which was nice). A few issues we had...the wifi information that they gave us was not correct. We ended up finding different information on the router itself, and that worked. But we didn't find that until the second day, so it was frustrating. Also we stayed in April, which was somewhat in between seasons I suppose. The pool on the property was closed because it wasn't summer yet....and the fireplace inside the cabin was shut off because it wasn't winter anymore.
