Location was excellent! The apartment is very spacious, and even though location is very central, it's very quiet. Communication with Guido was very prompt and used WhatsApp upon our arrival which was great!

Water heating system was a little bit temperamental.

It was a great location with very spacious rooms. They had lot of helpful information on Venice and clean apartment.

Initially we had hard time getting hold of host thru booking.com but then we were able to reach them via WhatsApp and it was all fine afterwards.

The location is great. Everything is really close and you can reach anywhere you would like to.

The towels were worn-out and the skin is itching.

Huge place in a great area of Venice! We loved it!!! Air con in both bedrooms was fabulous and very much needed. No air con in the living room, but we all still relaxed there. It was extremely easy to take the vaporetto from the train station to the San Angelo stop, and then very easy to walk to the place. I messed up and rang the Casanova Relais doorbell, instead of D’Angeli but then I called Guido and he answered immediately. He gave us a tour of the apartment which was not necessary but appreciated. He also let us keep our luggage in this place while we spent our last day in Venice. We had to modify our reservation by a day and Booking.com was not cooperating so Guido did it for me. It was extremely appreciated. We loved staying at Guido's place and were sad to leave.

Lots of stairs but the host helped us with our bags. Then main bed was a bit squeeky

Our super friendly host contacted us on WhatsApp and guided us to the apartment which we could find easily. The apartment itself is surprisingly large for a family of 4. Everything was tidy and clean. Two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, very good recommendations from our host regarding food, shopping, coffee and shightseeing. If we come back to Venice, we'll gladly stay here again!

We had a few problems understanding and handling the laundry machine which is a bit dated and has a door that might get stuck. But this is just a tiny detail, of course. :)
