Petite studette bien agencée et fonctionnelle.
Certes ce n'est pas très grand, mais il y a ce qu'il faut et c'est parfait pour quelques nuits.
L'appartement n'est pas trop loin du centre de Namur.
Le logement est lumineux et bien équipé.
Dommage que la télévision n'ait que Netflix que je ne regarde jamais. Par contre, j'aime bien visionner quelques chaînes locales lorsque je voyage.
Articles de toilette et de ménage fournis.
Places disponibles dans le parking derrière le bâtiment ou devant dans la rue.
Ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire, mais l'insonorisation est déplorable.
Quelques voisins sont bruyants (chants, rires tonitruants, conversations animées, télévision à fond...) parfois jusqu'à 2 ou 3 heures du matin. Je recommande vivement de prendre des bouchons anti-bruit si vous voulez dormir sereinement.

Het appartement was zeer compleet ingericht, schoon, prima bed en goede faciliteiten zoals de ruime privéparkeerplaats. De communicatie met de beheerder was heel prettig, snelle, vriendelijke reacties en uitstekende informatie.
Ligging. Hoewel niet ver van het centrum was het een ongemoedelijke weg en ook het gebouw en het zwerfvuil eromheen oogde niet heel uitnodigend.

Eenvoud toegang incl goede uitleg
Kamer oogt oud maar ordelijk. Fijne handdoeken
De toegang naar de kamer was vies en donker
In de keuken was geen warm water
De douche had helemaal geen water
Gelukkig wel warm en koud water bij de wastafel.
