Breathtaking views of the Gulf! Two bedroom, two bathroom 14th floor unit on Vanderbilt Beach. Each bedroom has its own lanai to sit and enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf. King bed in master bedroom and second bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. Private, gated community with direct access to beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Located on 8 acres of tropical landscaping with a resort style 40 x 60 swimming pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, and tennis courts. Washer and dryer in unit. NO pets and NO smoking allowed. The homeowner's association requires a background check for all rental applicants. Rental contingent on HOA approval. 30 day minimum rental period.

Have stayed at this property for three years in a row excellent location Nina is as good a host as you could ask for everything is just perfect!

We greatly enjoyed a month on the beach! The condo was beautifully updated and well appointed. Gorgeous landscaped property and beach access via gate. Storage locker included portable beach chairs and umbrellas and unit had beach towels. Host was helpful and responsive. Pool was heated and quiet with clear preference to adults. Grills adjacent to pool. Nice desk space and Wi-Fi for remote work. Highly recommend overall!

Great Stay
Everything about this location was as advertised and excellently supported by the owner, Nina. The unit was located directly on the uncrowded beach with great Gulf and sunset views.
The building was well managed with excellent security, plenty of parking and with full amenities.
Nina was always readily available and provided the unit with everything required for a comfortable stay.
We would love to return!
