Nestled in East Nashville, this attractive house for $547 per night is a great option for your next vacation. SEE INFO ABOUT COVID-19 CLEANING IN “THE SPACE” SECTION BELOW. This modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 car garage, and a large 3rd floor patio with amazing views of Downtown Nashville’s skyline. The large rooms make this home ideal for group events, family vacations, and business groups. We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. Early bag drop before check in is available by request for an additional $50. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted new cleaning procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. Our cleaners are required to wear face masks during all cleans moving forward, and we have introduced new EPA approved cleaning products that kill coronavirus, as well as many other hard-to-kill viruses and bacteria. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with additional, essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay. We understand the threat of this virus and are committed to doing our part to slow the spread. If you have any questions, or specific requests, regarding our cleaning procedures, please feel free to inquire. Each of the 4 bedroom features beds ranging from twin to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious 2 living rooms, as well as two extra trundle mattresses in the master closet! There are 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. In addition to the huge walk in shower, the master bathroom has a luxurious deep soaking bathtub with showerhead which is perfect for a spa-like relaxation experience or for the kids! These spacious bathrooms have huge double vanities so they are perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town! The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features both barstool seating as well as a dining room table. The open floor plan makes sure no cooks miss out on the fun and can still see the game on TV! We have mounted TV’s with cable in both the 1st and 3rd floor living rooms, as well as in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The home is also protected by XFINITY security. Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided. Please let us know if you are traveling with children or babies as we will gladly provide you with a pack n play, stroller, or most things you would need for them upon request! Want a bag of diapers waiting in the house? Let us know! We understand these things are bulky and the less you have to pack and travel with the better! Traveling to Nashville to celebrate a special occasion? Let us know if you want assistance with any decorations or festivities! We want your stay with us to be as fun and memorable as possible! Everything was awesome! Everyone loved the house. Our only issue was the fire pit. There was no propane in the tank, but our neighbors gave us theirs. And we didn’t know how to operate the fire pit…but again, our neighbors were right there! We gave them food and they serviced our fire pit. It was really really nice. We want to come back in June with a few more family members.

My 6 girlfriends and I stayed here last weekend. The place is immaculate and there were plenty of beds. Two balconies and two living spaces. The kitchen had everything you could need. We had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend this house for your next trip to Nashville. Also only a $12 Uber ride to Broadway. Can’t beat that.

My group of 10 women loved this house. It is beautiful and was very clean. All 10 had a bed to sleep in, and we could have hosted more with the pull-out couches. The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking and serving items, and there is plenty of seating in the living/dining areas for large gatherings. There is a downstairs half bath, and three additional bathrooms on the second and third floors. For out-of-town planners, it was extremely helpful to have Tyler, a very responsive owner. Additionally, the lock system (a code, rather than a key), made this an easy place for multiple arrivals and departures to come and go. Finally, the location is convenient to East Nashville and downtown. No cab ride exceeded 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home for any group looking for a beautiful home to stay with plenty of space for fun.

Very clean...close to downtown...quiet area...had 16 for a bachelor party and everyone was very pleased with the property. Having 2 garage spaces and 2 spaces in the driveway was very helpful. Tyler and his team were very helpful before and during our stay. Overall, a really great choice for bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Tyler was a very accommodating landlord who helped in any way he could. The house is clean, new and well stocked. The neighborhood is in transition but quiet and a short Lyft or Uber ride to the downtown. We had a great time in Nashville and would certainly stay at one of Tyler's residences again.

Perfect for a large group!

This house was so nice! We had a group of 14 come for new year's eve weekend and it was perfect – there are so many spots to sleep. Tyler answered any of our questions immediately, and even greeted us when we arrived. Hopefully we can come back in the summer!
