The top floor “Flamingo” master suite includes a huge terrace and Kitchenette in addition to 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms located within the main house. The rooms are located on 2 levels, with walk-up access.  There is also a lovely furnished rooftop with jacuzzi and great views of the Condado neighborhood. The main house has its own ample sized kitchen on the ground floor and many more amenities for your entertainment! Enjoy your private terrace or share one of the intimate shared sitting areas.  There are also two attached but independent apartments that are rented separately and not included in this rental - guests staying in the independent apartments do not have access to the common areas of the main house - they are exclusively available to you.     Casa Sevilla can host up to twelve (12) guests comfortably. Guests will have exclusive access to the common areas of the home, which are: the front patio with outdoor shower, the large fully equipped kitchen and our beautiful rooftop, plus the kitchenette located inside the Flamingo Penthouse master suite.
