It was really dirty not cleaned at all, nothing worked not the heaters or the warm shower and nothing was available not even a face tissue

Well set up with pretty much all you could ask for. Wife (80th birthday), myself and 3 adult daughters weekend away from Melbourne. A/C working fine, both upstairs and down. No need for heaters. Thanks, we had a great time.

Above photo was when it was new. Paint not so bright these days, but everything inside is beaut. (Vegan daughter could have used a bullet blender - but she came down from Qld and couldn't fit hers in her bag).

Easy to find and get into. Nice and quiet. Lady on reception was helpful when I rang up to complain.

Both air conditioners were not working. Had to ring up. An electrician came and had to start portable heating for us. Two blinds did not work so it was dark and had to put the light on. Can opener did not work. Vacuum cleaner did not work. Backyard dirty and BBQ facilities unusable. Would never stay there again.

The set up was good, close to cowes and beaches.

The house needed a good clean, stains on underlays, drawl marks on cushions, especially upstairs ones. The toaster kept popping up and needed to push down , like 8 times to toast bread. The yard out back was terrible!! nothing like photo in ad. The rusty yellow setting not a great welcome to property. This is a amazing asset, with a bit more of a clean you will have a great house.

The location was great, close to town but not to close. One street away from the beach, such an easy walk to and from. The property was well maintained and had cleaning products as well as some kitchen basics. Having an android tv and good internet really made the rain a non issue.

Mm a better pan in the kitchen would be good…. honestly it was lovely.

3 double beds, living and kitchen areas were Great

The main bathroom shower is blocked.The bathroom and ensuite were not very clean.Cleaner was not finished when we arrived for 2 pm check in, had to wait an extra half an hour, not happy.The back yard needs to be weeded and cleaned as there was broken glass everywhere.The outside of the house needs cleaning, windows were disgusting, the cob webs need to be removed, not very pleasant to sit outside in back.
