The Roo's hybrid model has a compact design for easy traveling and a lightweight tow, while the slide out creates spacious room through the main area's kitchen, dinette and couch with the push of a button. Two (2) queen beds with optional heated mattresses fold out on each side making setup a breeze! An additional two (2) beds can be easily made by folding down the dinette and couch, sleeping a total of up to eight (8) guests comfortably. You'll find plenty of storage, a fully stocked and operational kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. Bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. **adorable baby not included! Smoking is expressly prohibited and will result in $500 deep cleaning fee for any evidence of smoke, residue, burn holes, paraphernalia, odor and other damages caused by tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or any other products. The camper unit must be free from smoke odor or residue. Any damage to the unit will be assessed and charged against your deposit. Towing this trailer requires a trailer brake. We had one slight problem (from my lack of experience, not any issue with the camper itself), and Adam was willing to come drive 25 min to help us out. The actual camper is great; with the hybrid bunks and slide-out, this thing feels huge inside compared to how big it tows.
