Beach House Name: Keepin' it Reel Location: Sea Isle Beach Community Galveston, TX If you are looking for a getaway, this is the perfect place! Updated location with fenced in yard and lots of parking for friends and family. Bedrooms: Location has 3 bedrooms with 1 upstairs and 2 on the main level. The upstairs has a bedroom with King with a daybed and bathroom attached. The main level has one bedroom with a King Bed and easy access to the deck with a sliding glass door. The second bedroom on the main level has 2 Twin bunk beds and 1 Queen Bed. There is a pull out couch in the living room with a full bed that sleeps 2 people. If you don’t want to use the couch, there are 3 air mattresses and bedding located on site: one queen & two twin air mattresses. The property sleeps 12 people. Bathrooms: Main floor bathroom has shower/tub and two sinks. The upstairs bathroom has large tub with a shower on this floor with two sinks and washer/dryer located in this space. There is another bathroom & shower outside/downstairs by the boat dock, so you can rinse the day away before coming upstairs. This toilet area is separate from the shower & the water pressure is amazing! It is like getting a massage. Both full bathrooms have hair dryers. Kitchen: All updated appliances and cabinets with beautiful quartz countertops. Fully furnished with all the supplies you need to make a large meal for your guests. Lots of serving trays and bowls too. There is a bar area attached with five bar height chairs. The kitchen round table has 4 bar height chairs & there are 2 spare chairs by the wine bar for this table, so they can be used at the bar or kitchen table. Decks: One large upper deck facing the canal with seating. Great for watching the fish in the green lights at night on the bay. One small deck on front of the house for watching the sun set. String lights upstairs & downstairs. Boat Dock: The boat dock fits up to a 21’ boat. If you would like to bring your boat, let us know and we can have ours moved. Extras: Great place for fishing & floating in the bay. There is a large Lilly pad float that can attach to the dock. Lots of floats, boogie boards, 6 kayaks, & Cornhole boards for use. All we ask our guests is that these are washed off & put back after use. Beach sand castle supplies available. Bait bucket & cooler provided Grill: 5 Burner Propane Grill The Marina nearby has 2 restaurants, store, and bait shop! There is a community pool & key access to the pier. A guest access pass tor pool can be purchased for $100 at the marina office. WiFi: High Speed WiFi throughput property Cable TV: There are 2 Smart TVs at this location. 65” in Living Room on the Main Level & 32” in Upstairs Bedroom There is a 55” Smart TV downstairs/outside with cable. Pet Policy: This is a dog friendly location with fully fenced yard and automated large dog door. There is a $40/pet fee for up to 3 dogs. Be sure not to leave you pets alone on property without a kennel. There is a large Kong kennel provided. It is stored under the stairs. Please message us if you are planning on bringing your pets. Games: Love a great game night! The living room has lots of board games, puzzles, cards games, and dice games for the family fun! There are cornhole boards outside downstairs.
