DISGUSTING MATTRESS - CHECK THE BED

Good location, close to railway station and old town.

We paid for 3 nights - we stayed for 1! The apartment is not being cleaned or maintained well. It's simply grubby. On arrival there was food remnants in the oven tray and on the wire tray. The owner insists this is cleaned and sterilized for each stay, and it was clean when checked after we left - yes, that's because we cleaned it! Shower tray was filthy. Owner insists this is an issue with the city water causing stains, but I wiped it with hand soap (unfortunately the photo is after I did this so it looks a lot better) and it was becoming white again-it simply needs cleaning properly. The plastic sink didn't have the same staining. The next apartment we moved to, in the same city, didn't have the same staining issue - same water?! So, we thought we'd made it possible to stay as planned - as cleaned things ourselves BUT FAR WORSE was to come. Rolled back the quilt to air the bed (about 11pm) thought sheet was stained so lifted it - it wasn't the sheet it was the most disgusting stained mattress we have EVER seen. We've seen better ones in skips. Having seen the state of it we slept on the sofa and left the following day. We contacted the owner to advise we had left and why, who advised us we shld have contacted her to enable her cleaner to cover the mattress with a mattress protector!! So there's a filthy, stained, unhygienic mattress and the solution is to cover it over for paying guests to sleep on - REALLY! ! We sought a refund due to having to move and pay for alternative accommodation, but the owner offered one night as she mainly disputed the cleanliness issues raised, which we refused. So be warned If you do book this apartment make sure you check the mattress because it's probably the same disgusting mattress with a protector/topper on it - or maybe you'll be lucky and our complaint and this review might convince the owner to replace the mattress - so you might get what you paid for - unlike us!

Very good

Close to the city centre , supermarket close by, quiet street, clean and cosy. The balcony added to the overall great atmosphere

Limited amount of toiletries , only 2 rolls of toilet paper that's about it. No lift so not accessible for those that need one.

Ok apartment

It was spacious and near the train station, it was renovated and looked nice.

There was a weird smell in the apartment even though I’ve tried to air it out. No lift. Price is too high for this city and I’ve got some random messages in Polish and English from the service.

Convenient place close to the city center

The appartment is in walking distance ( 30 min ) from the very city center. A supermarket is a 5min walk away. Parking is easy in the street around the corner. We were 3 person but the appartment is large enough for 4, if you are family or friends. The access with door code and keybox is easy. there is a good internet access.

Everything was satisfying.
