The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away. LOCATION Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block. GUESTS Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 20 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas. HEATED POOL Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas. HOT TUB Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax. WOOD FIRE DINING Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge. UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests. FIRE PIT Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied. KIDS PLAY GROUND Located in a beautiful part of the backyard. GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ Get back to the grassroots of cooking a BBQ over a wood fire BBQ or simply relax and chill out in the gazebo. DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING Berry Luxury Retreat would not be a luxury stay without a full ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system to ensure that you stay in comfortable all year round. WATER Instant filtered cold, boiling hot or sparkling water on tap. No need to bring bottled water. I’ve stayed in about a dozen properties around Berry, and this was definitely one of the best. All the little things (like the right amount of cutlery) and the big things (like the excellent pizza oven) worked together to make for a brilliant holiday.

We had a fabulous few days here. The property is beautiful and our host Kylie was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. A great place to celebrate. Our family ranged from 9 months to 70, all loved the extremely comfortable accommodation and great outdoor spaces for the children. Will definitely come back.

What an amazing property! Perfect for family/group getaways & Milestone occasions. Lots of room to gather & also have your own space - the pool, the outside pizza BBQ area, lovely gardens to sit & relax. Or stay inside & enjoy the reading room, games area for kids & big dining room. All just a stones throw away from Berry, Nowra, the beaches...... JUST FANTASTIC

Amazing place to stay for the weekend celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Comfortably accommodated the 15 of us and the multiple living areas were perfect. Even though it was raining and we couldn’t utilize the fire pit and outdoor dining it provided a lovely outlook from the undercover outdoor entertaining area. Will definitely come back!

We had a family get-together for my husband's 80th birthday. The party consisted of the two of us, our three children and their spouses and children - 18 in all. The pizza oven and heated pool were the highlights. Something for everyone and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure opulence and comfort. Our stay was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a stunning, meticulously decorated interior that exuded elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design was truly awe-inspiring. The living spaces were not only impeccably styled but also incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen was a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The bedrooms were havens of comfort, each with its own unique and tasteful decor. The linens and bedding were of the highest quality, and I enjoyed the most restful and rejuvenating sleep during my stay. The property featured a sprawling, beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a private pool and hot tub. Thank you to our host Kylie for her communication before during and after our stay. Our family including 11 adults and 8 children ranging from 1-7 years had the absolute best time. Every age group catered for. We all loved every aspect of the outdoor area, the garden, dining alternatives, hot tub, pool and fire pit was a hit. The cleanliness and styling of the property just great. We didn’t want to leave. We could just go on and on……we have been sharing pics and raving about the property all afternoon. It was the best!

Our family had an awesome weekend celebrating a significant birthday. The house was fantastic and worked really well for us all. There are lots of areas for relaxing and beds are comfortable and bathrooms are plenty. The tables are large enough to accommodate everyone socialising and the pizza oven is great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and Kylie checked in often to make sure all was ok.

As an extended family - 4 couples and 5 kids, this property provided everyone and more that we needed for a family birthday celebration. We could dine in, enjoy the grounds, the pizza oven, everything was amazing. On the front lawn with the little ones we had so much fun, so safe. Our dog was in his happy place too. Mark & Kylie were wonderful, their attention to detail fantastic, every question answered in record time. Great people! Superb & wonderful property!

We had 14 adults and 4 kids to a big weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were looking for somewhere to enjoy a few days together as well as a big dinner on Sat night. This venue delivered across every level. As everyone arrived, every second word was “wow”. Unfortunately the wind on the Friday night prevented us having dinner next to the pizza oven. On a good night that would be sensational. Our pizzas were the best I have had and the inside dining was very good. The dinner on the verandah on Saturday night was just sensational. In between, the fire pit, swings, pool, hot tub and Berry locality was more than enough to satisfy everyone for the weekend. Everything is provided and the quality and ambience was perfect. The property is more than what the words and pictures convey.

Hosted a casual 41st birthday celebration at the property with my friends and family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property and it's offerings and it was amazing to watch the kids all play together in the on-premise playground. Didn't get an opportunity to utilize the outdoor pizza oven and seating area, however we will definitely come back for another getaway. Brian

We held a small wedding for my daughter and her fiance at the property. The property was set up with everything we could think of and more. It had so many hidden surprises to make the event and stay relaxing and special. The design of the property both inside and out was amazing and made the backdrop for the wedding perfect. The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed. To be able to stay the extra night meant we could relax the day after the wedding and spend time together before packing up on the Monday and heading off. We had our large family stay for a couple of nights and it was absolutely lovely. The hosts have thought of everything for young and old including a bar fridge and hot water sink next to the woodfire oven. The heated pool and spa kept the kids entertained (and burnt their energy) while the adults relaxed around the pool area soaking up their vitamin D. The 2 fireplaces kept the house warm when the cool April night chill came in. Very clean and had a great amount of extra's like picnic baskets, blankets, more pool towels than we could use along with toys for the kids.

A fabulous house for a weekend getaway (or longer) The house has been recently renovated to a high standard & is equipped with absolutely everything you need to a fun stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm! We stayed in for every meal, using the oven, BBQ & pizza oven. No need to go anywhere with so much entertaining space. The beds are big & comfy with beautiful linen & the bathrooms are clean & modern. The outdoor space is great - pool, hot tub & lawns for games. We had our 19 month old grandson with us & the house had everything for him - cot, toys, floaties, even a cubby under the stairs. He loved it! Kylie was easy to communicate with & responded immediately to any query. It's a great house for summer & winter. It really was a wonderful weekend away & we will definitely return!

From the minute we arrived we were impressed. Berry retreat is absolutely gorgeous. The house is amazing. My grandchildren had a ball. They loved the indoor cubby house, the outside play area & of course the magnificent pool. We had 12 adults & 7 children under 4 & we were very comfortably accommodated. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or find a separate little corner of the house for quiet time. Loved the hot tub, so relaxing. My only complaint is that our 3 day get away just wasn’t long enough. Loved everything about this gorgeous retreat.

The property is absolutely amazing! The internal styling and finishes are beautiful, the gardens are immaculate and the entertainment areas are spectacular. We had an incredible few days before a wedding and loved every second of staying onsite. The house is large enough for each couple to have their own privacy, however the multiple entertainment areas allow you to come together. Kylie is an exceptional host, very responsive and great at communicating. I recommend staying at this stunning property, you will have the best time!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, such a pleasure to stay at this amazing property. We stayed there for our mother’s 70th birthday and the house accommodated our big Italian family perfectly ! We had the most incredible stay at Berry Luxury Retreat. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The home is beautifully decorated and ideal for large groups to gather together in comfort . The kitchen is fully set up with every appliance you could need, including two dishwashers, and a zip tap with hot, cold and sparkling water. The pool is heated and the spa was a hit with everybody. We had pizza night using the incredible woodfired pizza oven and campfire night around the fire pit. We did not need to leave the place as everything we need was there. We even had our puppies along which made the holiday just perfect!

We had a beautiful weekend away at this property. It was very clean and accommodating to our group of 11 adults and 9 children. Kylie and Mark contacted us prior to check in to run through a few things which was also lovely and personal. This property had everything we needed so we saved ourselves trips into town. It was also super child friendly with a cubby house, swing area, high chairs, Portacots and monitors. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway that includes a heated pool, pizza oven and amazing coffee!

We had the most amazing experience! The house was perfect for a large group and Kylie and Mark were so responsive and helpful. The beds were all so comfortable and the pool/hot tub/ outdoor areas could not be beat. They have everything you could ever need for outdoor play with kids. We were there around Christmas and it was beautifully decorated. It’s a short drive away from all the shops and the beach. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals but this was our favorite!!

The house, the grounds, the entertainment area, the pizza oven setup were all beyond our expectations. What a beautiful house! It was perfect for us. We had a small elopement in the backyard and it was stunning. The owners went above and beyond! Exceptional communication and the house and yard are landscaped beautifully. Our only downfall was not staying longer! All our family commented on how amazing the house was. The property was clean, tidy and well presented. We had some difficulty contacting the owner as a high chair was not left out. There are no wardrobes in the four upstairs bedrooms which made things a little difficult. The property really needs an instruction book for lights, sound system, coffee machine etc. Pool and BBQ could have been better cleaned. Otherwise the property was great.
