Beautiful rustic 2 bedroom newly constructed cabin on 80 acres to explore. All pine and cedar interior with farm house feel. large open covered porch to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful kitchen ready to make a home cooked meal like grandma used to make. Large pecan trees just outside the doorsteps with bass stocked fishing pond steps away. Very relaxing feel to the property. Enjoy hiking, biking, birding, fishing, star gazing. The wooden bridge on Sawmill road provides great backdrop. Watch wild hogs, deer run around the property. Brazos Bend State Park is next door to the property. George Ranch Historical Park is minutes away. Only minutes from Houston.

The only access road to the property had a bridge out right at the gate into the property, so they made a makeshift road that was steep up and down. Which was pretty sketchy but then it rained and the more rain that came down the slicker it got so you couldn’t stop or slow on the way down and fishtailed on the way up. There was not exhaust or venting fan in the bathroom which mean it steamed up with every shower or stunk up the whole cabin if using the restroom.
