Return Time: The "RETURN TIME" is between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Insurance: You have the option of purchasing insurance through RV Share (approximately $29.99 per day) OR obtaining an insurance rider from your own insurance company. If you choose the latter, a copy of the insurance coverage needs to be submitted to me and RV Share via email. Towing: Towing another vehicle or trailer is NOT allowed unless express written consent is provided by the owner. Smoking/Vaping: NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the RV. All expenses associated with removing smoke will be the responsibility of the renter (up to and including the purchase of a new RV). Minimum fee: $2,500.00. Rough Roads: The RV may not be driven on rough dirt roads. Cleaning - Interior: Don't worry about washing the towels, sheets, etc. - we'll do that for you! If the RV needs a deep clean (not the routine cleaning after normal use) and you don't feel like doing it - we'll do it for you! The fee is $75.00. Cleaning - Exterior: You don't need to wash the exterior of the motorhome after normal use - we'll do that for you! However, if it is caked with mud, bugs, etc., we ask that you clean the exterior - or we can do it for you. Fee for cleaning exterior: $65.00. Empty the black / gray tanks? Please empty the tanks at your camp site before returning the motorhome - or we can do it for you. The fee for emptying the tanks: $55.00 Pet Fee: Unauthorized pet fee is $250.00 per night. Freezing Weather: If the RV is already winterized and you want to rent the RV, you have two choices: (1) Utilize the RV as is (i.e., no water in the systems for drinking, taking showers, flushing the toilet, etc), or (2) pay a $250 fee to have the RV de-winterized and then re-winterized upon return.
