Nestled in Carillon Beach, this attractive house for $725 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon Beach homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Carillon Beach Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). SEAS THE MOMENTS is a lovely Nantucket style beach home with high ceilings situated just steps from the beach AND a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. The home boasts 3 1/2 baths/4 comfortable bedrooms - 2 Kings - 2 Queens - bunk room and a third floor tower - 2 additional Twins. The Master Suite on the second level includes a Queen bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a king bed with a full attached private bath. The upstairs guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The tower room on the third floor offers a built in twin bed with futon as well as a TV. The washer, dryer and powder room are located on the first floor. Additional living space to the rear include a spacious back deck with grill and outside shower. WIFI included. FIRST FLOOR: Queen Bedroom - private bath Living area - TV, fireplace Sitting area Dining area - seats 8 Kitchen Kitchen Island - seats 4 Powder room SECOND FLOOR: King Master Suite - private bath, TV King Guest Room Queen Guest Room Bunk Room Full bath - shared with King, Queen and Bunk rooms THIRD FLOOR: Twin Bed small, built in cot sized bed PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU. We rented a house for Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and the location was perfect. My extended family rented in other houses, but our house had the space to meet for meals. In addition, our rental had everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal! We have rented from this management company 3 times now and they are wonderful to deal with. They have someone on-site if you need anything and they have great customer service if you have any questions. I highly recommend!

This home was absolutely lovely. Very clean and stocked with plenty of extra towels, cookware, etc. We fell in love with the neighborhood and beach so much that we are already planning another trip! Thank you for you generous hospitality.

"Seas the Moment" on Seahill Avenue was fantastic. It was an immaculate and stylish place with everything you need. It is in a great location, and it is in close proximity to the ocean and a little Carillon Beach center with a coffee shop, general store, and a Sports bar.
Karen S gave us clear instructions for the expectations of the house, including what was necessary when we departed. Karen also left us a helpful collection of notes and dining recommendations for us to use. I would include in the welcome book to purchase additional toilet paper and body soap.
I would stay there again the next time I come to Panama Beach.

We loved staying in Carillon. The community is beautiful. The beaches were amazing. This house was a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout and was very spacious for our large family. The only complaint is that the house is really beat up on the inside. cabinets are worn. Walls were marked with spackle. The master shower floor was dirty with mildew. The third floor where the twin beds are was extremely hot. I think that for the money, the house should have been in better repair, but overall it was a nice trip.

The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped ! Plenty of kitchen stuff to use for meals, and there were even spices and a crock pot! The only down side was there were only 2 drawers for us to use for food storage and with a family of 9 we definitely did some food shopping so it was a disappointment to have to store stuff on the counter tops and move some things around in order to make room. Overall the house was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely book again.

This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. a short walk to the beach and to the main pool.The home has a well equipped kitchen including spices and basic cooking items like oil, flour, sugar etc. there are pool and beach toys and an extra beach umbrella. The home has a great living area that includes a dining table for 10! The front porch is a wonderful extension of the living area. The bedrooms were very nice and mattresses were all comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting both Karen Sandel the owner of Carillon Beach Rentals and Kristie their head of housekeeping. They are both lovely and accommodating. Eric, the young man cleaning our house even offered to help us unload our car!!! We would certainly recommend "Seas the Moment," or other properties managed by Karen.

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Moment! Karen was very responsive and unlocked the door remotely for us when we arrived 2hrs before the scheduled arrival time of 4pm. Thank you, Karen! The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. We still had a full bedroom and bunk room open but the kids enjoyed all of the extra space. I could not believe how close the house was to the beach. We did end up renting a golf cart, but you can easily be at the beach in 3 minutes by walking. I loved having the golf cart to cruise around at night and drive to the shops. We loved sitting on the cozy front porch at night and having a glass of wine. Carillon is truly the best kept secret close to 30A but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. I loved that the house came with 4 beach chairs and there were 2 heated pools. We will definitely be back! I would definitely stay here again but we may rent a different house next year only because we hope to purchase a home there in the future and would like to test out some different floor plans for our family. Thank you, Karen and Seas the Moment for a wonderful family vacation!
