About this house rental
Situated in Murrells Inlet, this attractive house for $1,599 per night is a great option for your next vacation. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT DUNES PRIOR TO BOOKING if you would like for beds to be made ahead of your arrival. Otherwise, linens will be delivered to front door on day of arrival. FOR RESERVATIONS MORE THAN 12 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, please inquire prior to booking! WELCOME TO CAESAR'S PALACE, a large, luxurious oceanfront house in Garden City (Murrells Inlet). Located at the southern point and in a gated community with NO BIKES. Elevator, beautiful new pool with tanning ledge and spillover spa. Ground floor bar & grill, as well as fire pit. Professionally maintained. 4 ocean-front suites. Four separate decks (two are covered). Covered parking under the house. New foam/gel mattresses in every bedroom (including the bunk set). New 50" 4k SMART flat screen TVs in every bedroom. Wet bar with icemaker in living room. Attention to every detail! This home is large, and set off from the hustle and bustle of town. The neighborhood is in a quiet gated community at the end of Murrells Inlet, and the road past the gate is private. Take a lazy beach stroll south down to the end where the inlet begins for a feeling as though you're in an undiscovered oasis. Great restaurants abound at the Marshwalk. All areas of the house and pool are available for guest access. From late-March through early-November, pool/spa can be heated for an additional $450-$850/week depending on the week. Just the spa can be made available to heat for a lesser fee. DESPITE OUR STATED CANCELLATION POLICY, we are typically very flexible. If you need to cancel, we immediately post the dates for availability. Whatever we book them for, we issue you a full credit in that amount towards a future stay. We simply have to have the stated cancellation policy because of our high-demand summer weeks, which are typically booked 9-12 months in advance. When these get cancelled on short notice, they're very difficult to fill.

Wonderful week
This is a beautiful property and John is the BEST as far as a host - very responsive and attentive to questions and needs!! The location is perfect and the house has a well appointed kitchen for cooking. It is perfect for family gather together. We had a wonderfully relaxing week and are hoping to visit again!

We stayed at the home for a short fall getaway from October 20, 2021-October 23-2021. Our check in/out was SO SIMPLE. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, inviting, and well maintained. The pictures online are very accurate, but I must admit, the house is actually more impressive in person. The gated community entrance offers an extra level of security and provides a VERY PRIVATE and QUIET street. The views from the decks, living room, kitchen and oceanfront bedrooms are priceless. During this time of year we were often the ONLY PEOPLE strolling this stretch of the beach....we weren't complaining. We chose to have the pool heated during our stay and we were so glad we did. The location is just a quick drive to all the restaurants and shopping. We definitely look forward to planning another stay !

BEST VAKAY EVER!!!!
Words cannot express how happy we were with our stay at Caesar's Palace!!!! We took our 89 year old father who has difficulty with walking and the elevator made the whole trip possible!!!! The location RIGHT ON THE BEACH was amazing!!
The house is HUGE and very clean and fills every need you may have with kitchen appliances, entertainment and a POOL!
The best part was the owner John. He was WONDERFUL to work with and immediately responded to any communication or questions we had concerning his property. He even had a NEW blender and crockpot delivered during our stay to accommodate our cooking needs.!!!! ... He was awesome and kind and very caring in making sure we had a wonderful time.....which we did!!!
Again, it was a fabulous home and wonderful owner.....can't say enough positive things about our stay and John. :-)

Amazing Trip!
First, I must say the house is beautiful! The view is breath taking! The trip was so great that one of the couples got engaged on the beach in front of the house! John, you are fantastic! I loved the fact that you communicated to me about everything and made us renting your home easy!

Mother's Day Weekend
Thank you to John and his family for making their home available. John was an incredible host. He responded the same day to every request/question and was very thoughtful. He constantly asked what else he could do to help us enjoy the week.
We had a party of 13 in and out beginning the Saturday before Mother's day. Our group, our entire family and several friends, were from Columbia and Greenville, SC, New Jersey, Nashville, TN and Salt Lake City.
We had an incredibly relaxing, fun filled week.
The house was more than advertised. Huge rooms, well furnished, clean, bright and very welcoming. Kitchen well stocked. All we had to bring was groceries.
The location was unbelievable. Quiet gated community. There were days when there were only a couple of other people on the beach. Short walk to the end of the Island.
We brought our Golden Retriever who is part of the family. He always loves going on our family beach trips. He's a Salty Dog.
In conclusion, we have been taking family beach vacations for 20 years in SC, NC, VA, GA, FL and CA. This was the best house we've stayed in and one of our best family vacations ever.

Pleasantly Surprised
This was an unplanned (short) surprise trip for my kids which was exceptional! The owner, John was so gracious and great communicator. The property had a lot to offer my teens loved the foosball table and the heated pool. We will definitely be back in the near future for a longer stay!

we couldn't have asked for more!! beautiful beach, loads of room for everyone, heated pool, and john was the best host we have encountered on our many rentals. He was always there if we needed anything. We will be back as soon as there is an opening. thank you John for making our trip so memorable.

8 Couples, 40th Birthday, Perfect House
You won't be disappointed with this house and the experience here. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a large group - 8 couples for my 40th bday party. We had a caterer come in and take care of all the meals. This house catered to us perfectly. The bedrooms are all spacious and each is a suite with their own bathroom. The only exception being one bedroom upstairs that shares a bathroom in between. But, I threw my sisters in those bedrooms so it worked out just fine. The elevator that goes from ground level to the top floor is a very nice feature that helped with the catering and coolers, but most importantly was the main reason we looked at this place because one of my friends is handicapped and needs either a ramp or elevator. The house is RIGHT on the beach. The pool was great. We paid to have it heated as we went early in the season. Worth every penny as we were able to enjoy the pool. So, 16 people of various personalities had plenty of spots and spaces to spread out and congregate. We NEVER felt on top of each other. The bar and ice machine kept that area conveniently located in the main area. Seriously, plenty of space for all. The porches were great. The views are great. The pictures don't do this place justice. That's the ONLY 4 star on here is because the place actually looks BETTER in person as some of the pics are out of date. The owner has spent a lot to reno the last couple years and everyone thought the house was very nice. There is a set of bunks, but it's inside the main floor master which would work out great if parents and a couple kids wanted to stay isolated in one room. Also, sound control. We had some wild/loud nights, but when you're upstairs in the bedrooms you can't hear folks downstairs. So, this worked out well for those who turned in early and for those who wanted to stay downstairs and party. The sound of the ocean definitely muffles some of that, but late nights and early mornings, everyone could get up early, stay up late, and no one else in the house was bothered. The place is very clean. Because of Covid they have sheets and towels sent to the house so everyone had to make their own bed, which was zero issue for us. They definitely clean the bathrooms well, so cleanliness was no issue either. PLENTY of parking too - I think we had 9 cars total at one point and everyone fit in the driveway with plenty of room to spare. Again, great great place. Really great experience here. Definitely recommend.
