The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We work hard to get this done as quickly as possible so our guests can enjoy the pool. Entire space is included in this rental including the Gym, Pool, Kids Play Area, Outdoor BBQ Grill, Picnic Tables & Covered Parking. Please, make yourself at home. We kindly ask that you treat our property with care and let us know of any concerns. Should any issue arise during your stay, we will respond promptly to resolve it! A credit card is required as security deposit for all bookings at our property. After booking, you will receive a link to complete the deposit. A $150 hold will be placed 24 hours before your arrival and fully refunded upon departure provided house rules are followed and no damages occur.

This property was nice and as listed. Would have appreciated a few more amenities such as coffee mate for the coffee (as pictured) and a more than 2 bottles of water since there were four in our party. The apartment is not in the best part of norman but it was clean and nice inside.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just the perfect size. The hosts put extra thought into details that we appreciated and havent seen in past rentals. Really appreciated the blankets in the living room, pool noodles for the pool and some water in the fridge. The apartment community had lots of great amenities and our family really enjoyed the pool. When you walk aeound the apartment complex, you can tell they care about the place and take pride in it. Will definitely book again for our next visit.

My son attended football camp at OU and this location and property was perfect for us! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer as well. We enjoyed the pool and gym. The secretary of the complex was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you for sharing!

Less than a mile from campus, this location is ideal for those attending events at OU. Be warned that you must climb up and down stairs to enter/exit the property and if you are tall, you’ll be testing your flexibility in the shower. The property was clean and stocked with all the necessities for anyone looking to prepare their own meals.

Excellent rental property with all of the amenities of a home. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and location is near the playground and pool which was a plus! I definitely would come back to this location if I travelled here again.

We stay in houses pretty regularly & this was one of the best. From fluffy towels to coffee on hand to snacks to good water pressure, this place had what matters for convenience & comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our daughter's OU College Tour. The complex was smaller and very well kept. The unit was very clean and well kept. The owners had excellent communication. Everything was extremely convenient. I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a week long trip. I was there in the winter, but very close to OU and would make for a solid football weekend in the fall.

The SOONER Home is OK! Great location, close to OU, restaurants and shopping. Shane and Maggie were attentive to communication. For an apartment complex, it was very quiet. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to the pool on this trip. Would definitely stay here again!
