About this house rental
Bring your swimming suits! Brand new saltwater HOT TUB (Shared among 4 units)! We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. I'm new to VRBO but experienced in short term rentals. - 96 WALK SCORE: Short 15 minute walk to the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame. A few places within walking distance: Hollywood Wax Museum, El Capitan Theatre, Museum of Illusions, Hard Rock Cafe, TCL Chinese Theatre, Pantages Theatre, and plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes. -Super comfortable beds -Smart lock self checkin/out -Smart TV in every room. Bathroom in every bedroom. THINGS TO NOTE: All four units on this property are listed on VRBO. The hot tub is in the back of the property and shared with four units. The walls are a little thin, so please control the noise level. Being in the heart of Hollywood, you may see homeless people around, and that's why we have the front gate. Please keep it closed. PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES: *The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly. ADDITIONAL GUEST *Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking *Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest) LATE CHECK OUT *Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts. *If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50. PARTIES NOT ALLOWED *Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. *Strictly no drugs allowed. *No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.) ADDITIONAL INFO: - Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home. - We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy. - Cable TV is not available. - You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc. - $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

The actual property has a great layout and location. But the cleaning fee is ridiculous. We walked in to stuff all over the floor and other people's hair in the showers. Couldn't even walk around barefoot.
The owner charged an extra $420 because we had a couple people over to eat dinner, saying we had a "party." There was no party. Just friends gathering. They say they have camera footage... but so do we. As the whole day/night was being live streamed. All of our friends who came over for dinner left before 9pm. So be careful

I had my and my friends family at this place for one night. The location is so nice 1 street away from holloywood blvd and all the places are just a walk away.
The parking entrance and garage entrance was a bit tight for 7 seater cars but it was really easy to get in and out of the property.
On the inside these guys have almost eveything you need with a family and also the TV in the main hall has all the channels to watch sports without any activation or difficult steps to it
The kitchen is well equipped for getting a breakfast or a meal ready. The restrooms were clean and had all the towels which is a really big relief with kids
I would recommend this place for sure . It has nice roomy and airy rooms also

Very spacious. Easy walking distance to Chinese Theater and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Lots of great food options nearby. A short drive into the Hollywood hills and Universal Studios. This was absolutely perfect for our family vacation.

Great location, walkable to great restaurants. There is a park nearby as well we didn’t have time to visit but looked kid friendly. An easy drive to Universal and so much better than a hotel! The hot tub was fun for the kids. Overall the property was exactly as described and the host was very clear and responsive. Thank you!

Great Location, Poorly Maintained Property
I rented this property for my family to enjoy time in Hollywood and to get out of the house for a bit. The pictures seemed very nice and there were so many positive reviews that I jumped on it.
Upon arriving to the place, it was clear that it was used as a “party pad”, ie. scuff marks all over the walls, broken light fixture, burn marks all over the coffee table/rug, burn marks on the counters, joints/cigarettes on the balcony, etc.
This isn’t to knock the cleaning crew because the inside was “clean”, but the furniture and decor was trashed. I wouldn’t mind if the price was cheaper, but for a premium you expect to stay in a nice home.

my stay was most definitely the easiest and the most simple booking i’ve made. the host was more than exceptional. responded quickly and described everything perfectly, it was all how it should be! a lot of privacy, even from the other neighbors next to u and across from u. i would definitely stay here again!!

Great communication and location
The check in process was very easy, the pictures are very accurate, the place smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in and was actually clean, the location was close to everything, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I wish one of the single best rooms had two full beds vs one queen because the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. The sofa; however, was comfortable without being pulled out into a bed. The area to get out is also awkward and tight but overall this place is worth the booking. Definitely stay with them if you are visiting Hollywood/Los Angeles. They were also really nice and communicate easily and quickly.

The townhome is exactly as listed! Our party of 6 enjoyed the space, the 3 levels, the proximity to all the "sites" and the quick response from Leon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
