Excellent communication. Spacious rooms. Just be aware a deposit is needed after booking. This was returned promptly. Parking is great, one way road so difficult to find at first.

Perfect communication with the host. All the details were clearly explained from the beginning. The location is great, nice and quiet. The house absolutely amazing. Good value for money. I would choose this place again with no hesitation.

we were really pleased to find this option for a group of friends visiting for the weekend. Much easier than a hotel or B&B. Easy check-in, comfy beds, all very clean and tidy and easy walking distance into Topsham for buses and trains elsewhere. great communication from the host throughout. all went very smoothly!
