Located in Buffalo River, this attractive house for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This little house is absolutely adorable. It has one bedroom with two queen sizes beds, a quaint little kitchen and comfortable living room. The front deck is perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. The firepit by the creek has been a favorite for guests. The property provides full kitchen, linens, bedding, towels, washer/dryer, firepit, covered porch, deck, firepit, and large area for kids to run and play. We provide a small amount of firewood with your stay but if you need more we have bundles available to purchase. The firepit is a great place to hangout next to the creek and enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature. We offer free Wifi, cell service, Hulu, netflix and many other conveniences. If you are traveling to beautiful Newton County for kayaking, 4-wheeling or any of the other awesome opportunities here, we have plenty of parking available for trailers. If you are looking to add extra people to your group please let us know. We have room for self contained campers, tents and hammocks. Being located right off Highway 7 makes it easy to go the 2.5 miles South to access the beautiful Buffalo River or North 4 miles to visit Mystic Caverns. Branson is an easy 45 minute drive. My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at House by the Creek. It was quite cozy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We drove to Jasper for dinner at Ozark Cafe and hiked the Hemmed-in-Hollow falls the next day. We stopped at JJ’s Grill for a quick bite after the hike. The house was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Cabin by the creek lives up to the name! Nice clean cabin with all amenities provided. Our host (Stacy) was most welcoming and helpful with a couple of items, Thank you Stacy. Close to several hiking trailheads and Buffalo River.!!

Lovely, comfortable house & grounds. We felt very much at home, sat by the creek evenings, explored the area. The home was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Stacy was marvelous, very responsive and helpful

We had a great weekend getaway and floated the buffalo river! Amazing property with everything we needed. Loved the fire pit, goats and creek. Owners were very nice and quick to answer questions. Our dog loved it too!

Beautiful property close to plenty of things to do! Spot is private and had everything you need! Love the creek and Christmas lights and fire pit and the goats running around!

We spent two nights here in order to paddle the Buffalo. It was a great location close to one of our favorite little towns- Jasper. Stacey was very nice and gave me her cell number in case we needed anything (we didn't) We loved that we could park our little teardrop camper here while we explored. Not sure what kind of mattress was on the bed, but it was SO COMFORTABLE! Though we didn't get to utilize it, the fire pit area right by the babbling creek was lovely. We also enjoyed the neighbor's goats and chickens- reminded us of home...

Located close to quiet places in AR—and a restorative place all its own. We were pleased to find an open mic in Jasper and near Steel Creek, we almost reached Balanced Rock except downed trees blocked the hiking path 3/4 of the way on the 1 mile path to it. Spacious and well-equipped, especially hot dog skewers for roasting over fire. Responsive, helpful and understanding hosts. Cabin @ Creekside is a great location to play hooky.

We loved our stay! The cabin was perfect! We floated on the Buffalo river from Pruitt to Hasty. There is a Harps grocery, and dollar stores nearby. We had our morning coffee by the creek and enjoyed watching the squirrels, we saw a woodpecker and other birds. It was so peaceful & we felt right at home!!! We will be back!!

Was past expectations it’s located in a great spot. Creek goes right through the property has fire pit , bbqs, and is a really cute cabin. Wife, kids and I loved it!! Only complaint is we should have booked it for longer..

We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The owners were very responsive, friendly, and respectful of privacy. We were a little disappointed that we were not as secluded as we hoped (owner family members worked in a garage next door, needed to keep in touch with owners re: dog schedules), but we felt very comfortable with our hosts.

This property was even better than I had hoped for. Plenty of room. Comfortable and Clean. Quiet. The Creek! All the things I needed to get away and relax. Truly relax. Stacey was amazing at getting us there through a thunderstorm. The back porch was lit with colored lights and the house was cool, clean and ready for us. The kitchen is amazing bc it’s like being at home. I fixed breakfast our first morning there and had everything plus some. The bed was comfortable. The Buffalo picture that hung on the Living Room wall was gorgeous! We could tell right away that the host and hostess has put a lot of thoughtfulness into the place. Centrally located to every beautiful thing in and around Newton County. Just wonderful! I didn’t want to leave. We will be back! Thank you Stacey for your great information and the rest and relaxation we were able to find.

It was a great place to relax and regroup after a 10-day, 4,000-mile road trip with a friend and border collie. No issues, all good. We all loved the creek and firepit. The road noise from Hwy. 7 was unfortunate but wasn't a deal breaker. We enjoyed the stay very much.

This place is so peaceful. It was so relaxing and felt like home away from home! They had everything we needed and more! Our only regret was that we only stay one night. Looking forward to going back and spending more nights!
