About this house rental
Nestled in North Padre Island, this attractive house for $166 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This townhome is located one block from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a 2-3 minute walk to the beach or you have a choice between two pools with a splash pad and play ground. Our townhome is conveniently located a short drive from restaurants, local shops, grocery store, boat ramps and marinas! Village By The Beach is an impressive newer community with 2 incredible pools heated for year round swimming, BBQ pits and restrooms. Located close to Bob Hall Pier, dining locations, and nightlife. This townhome was completed the summer of 2017. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 story, beach view, and fenced in yard. Can accommodate up to 8 guests with a King size bed in the master, a full/twin bunk and single twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs along with full baths in both. The living area and kitchen are upstairs to maximize the view along with a full bath. Well behaved pets are welcome with a paid pet fee, the small fenced in backyard and upper balcony are arranged for outdoor relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need to fill like you are right at home. Keurig coffee maker is available with coffee pods provided, along with a toaster, crockpot, blender, and tea kettle. WIFI internet is provided. Smart TV's are in every room with extended cable and access to your Netflix or other TV accounts. Enjoy the luxury of doing laundry right here in the home with a full size new washer and dryer, soap provided. This property also includes clean linens, bath towels, beach towels and many, many other amenities. Pet friendly but please be sure to select that you are bringing your fur baby and pay the $100 pet fee. The property is located on a barrier island. Grass is not something we have plenty of, the yard and common areas are white rock and convenient to pick up after pets. Pooch pick up bags are provided as well at the designated pet waste stations on the property.

Walk to a beautiful beach practically out the back door! It was a great location for hanging out, beach time, yummy restaurants, and anything you might need nearby. Was glad to have a bathroom on both floors for convenience. Smelled so nice inside compared to others we have visited that accept dogs. Super cute and comfy decor and furniture. Easy to get in, and easy to get around the area.

Nice location. Short walk to beach. Plenty of room for family. Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor patios. Host responded quickly to questions. We had an awesome stay. Highly recommend.

I drove my senior Mom & Aunt to Corpus for a reunion w/their brother. The room was clean, exactly as pictures depict. Each had their own bedroom and bath on ground floor. 2nd level maneuvering 13 stairs was kitchen/living rm and 3rd bath. Thankfully they could do so.

The property was clean and the owners were very easy to work with. It is very close to the beach (within walking distance). The property has both a back patio area and a balcony on the second floor that was wonderful to sit on in the morning listening to the waves. Absolutely wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay on Padre Island at this condo - the location was excellent, the property manager was very responsive, and the amenities are nice. However, some updates and repairs would go a long way to making this condo more comfortable. To start, the floor was gritty when we arrived, before we ever went to the beach. There were dirty dishes put away in the cupboard, and there was significant mold in the washing machine. The towels and sheets had seen better days, but were in ok condition. The seating in the living room was not comfortable - we made the property manager aware that the middle seat of the couch was broken and sagging, and they mentioned they would need to replace it. Also, one of the appeals of this specific listing was the fenced yard for our pet, but the gate was broken and could not be closed.

Great location close to the beach. Loved the 2nd story patio with bar-height chairs. Unconventional arrangement with bedrooms on the bottom floor and living area on the second floor. We REALLY liked it. The whole home is super clean and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for our family of four. The location is quiet and without drama. The owners are responsive and it's obvious they value their property. I would 100% consider staying at this location again.

This property is really close to the beach, it was like a 2 minute walk. It was very clean and pretty spacious. We had about 6 people and it fit everyone really well. Its really cute and it was at a great location!

Everything you need for a relaxing visit to the beach. We loved walking on the seawall and watching coyotes from the balcony at dusk. For a longer stay, be sure to check the supplies on hand before you shop bc things like trash bags are provided in limited quantities.

The weather was horrible. The gas went out on the island so our dinner reservations were canceled twice. I got a speeding ticket. I dropped and shattered my phone. BUTTTTTTT the property was wonderful. It was very clean. Loved the heated pool. If it wasn't for this nice property our weekend would have sucked. :-)

Very conveniently located to the beach. Excellent location gave us good access to dining and fun on the island. Pool was very enjoyable. Very convenient layout for long stays with groups.

The unit was nice, it was clean, had 3 beds , pool was ok. A bit of a walk to the beach - especially if hauling stuff with kids. Had 3 bathrooms which was great when it was time for the whole family to clean up.only complaint- is I reached out for address and info on how to get in and was told it would be sent after the cleaning crew prepared the unit. I drove 4 hours and got to the address but didn’t have a unit number or instructions to get in. I sat in car for an hour trying to get ahold of the owner to gain entry. Also the fire alarms kept chirping throughout the night and there were no replacement batteries so we had to just remove them.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was as great an experience this time around. Clean as a whistle, stocked with everything we’d need for a family of four over four days, and just a hop and a skip to the beach. Thanks again :)

We loved our stay, this condo was perfect for our family. We have two little kids 3 and 5 and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. The house was very nice, perfect size, great location, very clean, comfy beds. Very close walk to the beach. We loved the kids pool and the nice balcony. Owners were very easy to message with any questions. Loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be going back!!

Our stay was great, the place smelled wonderful and was clean. The only issues we had was a couple of drains being clogged, the washer had mold in it, and the coffee maker took forever (no big deal). I would suggest updating a couple of things, but aside from that it was perfect! Not AS friendly for baby/toddler due to stairs, but we managed to block it off! The check in in/out process was easy!

We stayed at this property while I played in the tennis tournament in corpus this past weekend. It was a great place for our entire family to stay plus our dog and everyone had a fantastic time. It is very close to the beach and the house made everything feel like home.

There were so many included things such as towels, toys for the kids, beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards which our 2 boys loved! The beds were super comfortable, linens were great quality, the towels were large and super soft, not small and thin like most places we have stayed. Upstairs was spacious and had a great layout. The kitchen are had everything we needed and then some including everything you need for a cup of coffee or tea including creamer and honey. The dishes, pots and pans were great for making a meal and with a family of 2 young boys, we appreciated the plastic dishes as well as ceramic. The view from the upstairs patio was perfect! We definitely enjoyed coffee/tea on the patio with the sunrise and being able to see the ocean. Perhaps our favorite feature was that the stairs had really good slip guards so little feet didn’t slip going up and down the stairs. In the community are some great restaurants and tourist attractions. Doc’s steak and seafood, Snoopy’s, and the ice cream shop next to Snoopy’s are great locations but there are so many good ones to list. For a family friendly outing, Funtrackers is only 10 minutes away and has go karts, arcade, and other rides and is a great place to spend a hot afternoon. Overall, this location is one of the best on the island. Thank you for the wonderful location to make great memories!

Great Condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Plenty of beds in the front room for our group of 4 kiddos to each have their own beds and bathroom separate from the master. House was clean and beds were super comfy! Everything we needed was there & although we weren’t able to use it- had a beach wagon with boogie boards & chairs you could use! Chad was super helpful with offering recommendations for restaurants for our mixed group and was very responsive- even when we had a last minute change to the reservation. Definitely would stay here again!
