Location great, easy access to parks and playgrounds, beach and local bars and shops; Waitrose not too far away either
Soap in bathrooms could have been provided; kitchen well equipped but relatively small for the potential number of adults staying

Superb
Well laid out accommodation for multi-generational family stay. Children's room with 4 full size beds (2×bunks) and two doubles with a family bathroom and en-suite on first floor and double en-suite on the top floor. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for travel cots. We took 2 with us. Lovely secure large terrace area for easy inside to out door living from the spacious lounge on the ground floor. All very well equipped with just about everything you would have at home - possibly more. We were 6 adults and three young children. Cream colour carpets, which I also have at home. People think I am crazy, but they are great for keeping shoes out of carpeted areas and knowing when they are in need of a shampoo. In close proximity to loads of leisure activities. We walked up to Constitution Hill 10mins, with grand views of the harbour and to Poole Park 20 mins with lots to do for the children. Also a visit to Sandbanks and because of rain the Splashdown water park. Room to park 2 cars on the drive, plus on street road parking not a problem. Although residents only parking on street Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm unless 2 hours limit. Which works if you are going out during the day if you have more than 2 cars.
Only area a bit cramped was the dining area, but it was fine for us. Also if you have good weather plenty of outside dining space and facilities.

fab family holiday
great location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a fabulous park. a short walk to Poole or a longer one to Bournemouth. lovely contained, private gardens. kitchen had everything needed

The dishwasher was quite temperamental and the washing machine didn’t work
