Situated on a small pond offering turtle viewing from the screen porch each morning, a play ground for children across the street and the beach within walking distance the home is the perfect place for you. Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs, kitchen, dining, laundry, living area, screen porch, and half bath on the main floor, entrance is on the ground floor.

We enjoyed our stay- townhome had everything we needed in terms of equipment and tools. Owners were responsive and location was lovely with easy access to the beach and multiple pools

Another great stay on the cape! This is our second time staying here and we were glad to return. Clean home, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and a lovely screen porch overlooking the pond. Hope to be back again soon!
