Our condo is a luxurious vacation rental property located right on the water in the gated April Sound Community off Highway 105, centrally located near popular waterfront dining and nightlife as well a nearby boat launch. Recently remodeled this stunning unit can easily accommodate up to 11 guests and is within close distance of numerous fun activities and recreational facilities available for guest use within the community including a terrific country club, gym, swimming pool, fine dining, golf, and more. Tie your boat or rental on the pier just steps outside the patio or even get your rod and reel and go fishing right behind the condo on the pier! Take in the gorgeous lakefront views while you relax in the living room, kitchen and loft or have a glass of wine on the back porch as you are only steps away from beautiful Lake Conroe! This spacious 1,648 sq ft condo consists of 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2.5 baths and is perfect for a group of friends and family of 11 comfortably. The main floor consists of the spacious Master bedroom with a King size bed, walk in closet, 50” TV, accent chair, separate hallway sink and large bathroom with shower. It also offers a spacious living room with sofa and love seat, 50” TV with DVD player and spectacular views of the lake! The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all kitchen basics including dishware, cups, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot/coffee/tea and much more. Enjoy a nice family dinner on the large farmhouse table with 4 chairs and a bench that can easily seat 8+, as well as a separate table in the breakfast nook containing 3 chairs or at the bar which also has 4 bar stools. Everyone will have plenty of room to sit! The beautiful kitchen connects to the large back porch which features a cushioned seating area and table, a gas grill and view of the water. A great place for you to relax and enjoy family time while taking in the beautiful views of the lake!! The second floor leads you to Bedroom #2 with 2 Queen beds, chair, 50” TV and Jack and Jill bathroom connected to the Loft. The Loft, open to the living room with curtains that can close for added sound barrier, consists of a Twin on Twin Trundle bed, Twin bunk beds with trundle, 50” Flatscreen TV, Xbox Kinnect system with games and a media cabinet with cards/board games and DVD’s for you to enjoy during your stay. The utility room in the hallway has a full size washer and dryer available for your use. The condo has internet access throughout and Cable TV. 2 covered parking spaces are available just steps from the front door with additional guest parking available throughout. The community has several pools available for your use.

The condo is beautiful and welcoming. Being right on the water was great, we were able to get the paddle boards we rented in and out of the lake easier which was so much nicer for when the kids needed a break. Barb was extremely hospitable and accommodating and was very easy to reach if needed. We all really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to next time.

We loved our stay here! This was the perfect girls weekend. The neighborhood was wonderful & secure. This vrbo right on the water was the perfect weekend getaway. Barb was so easy and responsive when I needed an answer to any of my questions. We had 10 people stay & everyone had plenty of room & we did not feel crammed at all. We loved using the grill to make the best steaks & enjoyed all the games that were at the house. Location was perfect! This was one of the best vrbo experiences!

We rented 2 condos in April Sound for our daughter’s wedding for family to be able to stay close to the venue. I personally did not stay in this one but this is what one family member had to say. “We had a wonderful time there! It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It was too cold when we arrived and too warm at night. But the owners addressed the issue and the second night/day was great.” Barb, the owner, is very easy to work with and communicates well & quickly. She was extremely kind and helpful in making for a great weekend stay. Thanks again!

We brought our family together for Thanksgiving week in this wonderful home. The kitchen was well appointed and the large dining table was perfect for all our meals together. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Grilling in the back deck, fishing off the dock, and gathering around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed their room upstairs with the bunk beds and the Xbox. We would all love to stay here again.

Great Spring Break Getaway!
The condo was very clean and very well appointed! Excellent use of space with nice furnishings, comfortable beds and very cool lake-themed decorations. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare a wide variety of meals with enough storage to accommodate groceries for our large group. Location was very easy to get to with at-the-door parking and the convenience of lake access right outside the back door was so much fun! We didn't fish, but neighbors were catching fish right off of the dock. When we weren't enjoying the lake, we found lots of dining options, miniature golf, roller skating, ropes course, and SHOPPING! We truly enjoyed our Spring Break Getaway and would definitely rent this condo again!

My family and I had a great time at this property. The place was beautifully decorated and the inside of the house was overall very clean. The only downside was that the grill was dirty. Host was easy to communicate with and graciously refunded part of our cleaning fee for the inconvenience.

Perfect rental!
We recently rented this property for a family get-together to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and a perfect location. PERFECT weekend getaway!!!
This condo has everything you will need!! It is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and very organized. They supply garbage bags, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and washing detergent. You only have to pack your clothes and a fishing pole. They have thought of everything!! Barb was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions I had. We rented this condo for a long weekend and fished right from the boardwalk. We caught quite a few catfish and over a dozen large bream in just a few hours. We will definitely check availability of this condo for our next trip to Lake Conroe.

The place was wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. Great detailed instructions and local maps included for access to amenities. It was too cold to use the pool but we enjoyed visiting one of the parks. The porch is a wonderful place to relax and visit. Wonderful stay and we would love to stay again in the future!

Everything was so beautiful and clean. The only downfall was there's no where for extra trash. We had a party of 9, and sleeping arrangements were great. The property owner is very responsive. We would definitely rent again.
