Our stay at the Christmas House was absolutely wonderful. Secluded, amazing views, open floor plan, and a back porch with everything you need. Most of our time at the house was spent on the back porch. Great communication with property manager.

Absolute gem with a spectacular view and great wildlife visitors. The Holiday Home is very tastefully decorated. The pictures are great but much better in person.

House was fabulous, spacious and very easy to get to. It was supplied with everything you needed. Jet tub was very relaxing and the home decorations were fun. The mountain views were great from every window and the back patio view was superb. The front patio was enjoyable to have some down time with a glass of wine and read a book. Very private with all the plush landscaping. The location of the home in Deer Ridge was fantastic for getting out to visit all the sites, falls and wineries, do some hiking and horseback riding at Dillard Stables. This is a 5-Star home that we will come back to soon.

Great week with friends touring around the mountains. House and views are incredible. House was clean, well-appointed and included EVERYTHING! Property manager was very friendly and welcoming and attentive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful mountain home with a modern touch. Was thoroughly impressed with everything about the property, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, smart tvs, and all the modern luxuries that make life easy and comfortable. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and we were less than 15 minutes from 2 chik-fil-a’s (awesome) as well as grocery stores, and all of the things you come to the mountains for. Lin was great, one phone call away if needed. I recommend the property to everyone wanting an exceptional house to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful house with great views!

The house has great views. Although there are neighbors close by, it was very quiet. The cleanliness of the property was lacking for me. As soon as we arrived, I vacuumed the downstairs as there was clearly stuff on the floor. The property manager assured me it was cleaned two days before and mopped that afternoon, but for just being clean, there was dirt on the floor including pet food from a previous guest (kibble by the kitchen sink floor mat). I do not know how old the property was, but it needs a deep cleaning and interior paint for sure. It was a very dark house; my parents had a hard time seeing in the bathrooms. Lots of lights, chandeliers for beauty but not necessarily practical. The views from the deck were fantastic, but I just never felt clean when I was there. The host offered to have someone re-run a vacuum and mop, but we had already vacuumed and if someone were to come, we would have to be there (dog at the house) which would have disrupted our plans. I just wish the property was better taken care of. Even outside, the shrubbery was overgrown and not well maintained. Disappointed for the price we paid and the VRBO description says "NEW" - it must be NEW to VRBO, because it is not a new or recently renovated property.

Wonderful stay and Lin was an AMAZING host :)
Our family had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is even more beautiful than the photos, if you can believe it. We absolutely loved the Christmas decorations! The kids were really excited about it. The house is in a very nice and quiet gated neighborhood. We had ample space for our group of 7 and I liked that that 3 of the bedrooms were on the main floor. We had a couple of people in our group with mobility challenges and let me tell you that it is near IMPOSSIBLE to find a 4+ bedroom house in the mountains that has at least 1 bedroom on the main level, let alone 3 bedrooms!
Lin was a very gracious host who responded promptly to all our questions and was even able to work with us to allow early check in as we had tickets to the Polar Express train ride in Bryson City the first night of our stay. Downtown Franklin was also cute and even had some holiday-themed events during the weekend we were there.
Overall, it was a really great experience, and I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area :)

Property was very nice and very large with plenty of room for all to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and home was well stocked. It snowed while we were there and the view was breathtaking. Unfortunately the hill was a solid sheet of ice and snow and was impossible to go down resulting in us having to extend our stay by a day. With the missed work and the charge for the extra day, the trip was a good bit more than expensive than we planned for but overall it was a wonderful experience.
