Welcome to Alpenglow Chalet! The morning begins with Lone Peak outside the window.
You pour a cup of coffee, settle in around the dining table, and watch the mountains light up as the day begins. There's nowhere you need to be quite yet. You're in Big Sky, and the mountains are right there waiting.
Eventually, adventure wins. Grab your gear and head out for a day on the slopes, or hop on the convenient Skyline shuttle for the short trip to Big Sky Resort. Spend the day skiing fresh powder, hiking mountain trails, or simply exploring everything Big Sky has to offer.
When you return to Alpenglow Chalet, the mountains are still waiting for you.
As the afternoon fades into evening, step onto the balcony tucked among the tall trees. Slip into the private hot tub and let the day melt away while the sky changes color over Lone Peak. Maybe there's a glass of wine in your hand, maybe the kids are laughing nearby, or maybe everyone is simply quiet for a moment, taking in the view.
Inside, three bedrooms give everyone a place to settle in for the night. One features a California king, another a queen, while the third offers a queen bed with a twin bunk, giving families and groups plenty of room to spread out.

The host team was awesome, and extremely helpful with everything. Whenever we had questions they were answered within minutes. Upon arrival all the lights were already turned on, the hot tub which we really enjoyed after a long day of skiing was already heated up. The place was immaculate, the bedrooms were very spacious as well as the living/dining area where we relaxed in the evening in front of the beautiful fireplace. I’d highly recommend this place since it’s a short 3 min drive to Big Sky Village plus you can order the free on demand shuttle which is picking you up and dropping you off right at the door! We had the best time!

This property and its details were excellent and the location is also excellent in proximity to the Resort. However, we were only looking to book accommodations that included a private hot tub which ended up being a constant problem during our stay. If we knew the hot tub was to be inoperable we would have selected another property. The hot tub was at lukewarm temperatures upon arrival and unusable 4 out of 5 days. We were given many excuses from the property manager, but the facts stand and there was no accountability when we brought our concern to the property manager. The first day we were told it will take 24 hours before it will heat up after cleaning. We should receive a partial refund but the management company is offering nothing. Don’t stay here if you want a reliable hot tub.
