Hobbit Treehouse on the River Ranch is the most amazing place to stay in Texas!

Only 40 minutes from Fort Worth/1 hour from Dallas, Hobbit Treehouse is located deep in a forest on a cattle ranch on the banks of the Brazos River, the 2 Bedroom plus bunk room for 2 kids treehouse sits on a magnificent deck beside a waterfall--15 feet off the ground!

Some of the Activities:
- Soak in the hot tub under the stars!
- Sit around the fire pit, bring your own s'mores; wood is provided!
- Hike the easy 1 mile to the Brazos River; enjoy other hikes too!
- Relax in the chairs overlooking the river with your favorite beverage!
- Try out our kayaks, paddle boards, and inner tubes all are provided free)!
- Visit the barnyard/petting zoo and collect your own farm fresh eggs from our hens! - - Also meet Dennis the donkey and his girlfriend Sugar, and all their barnyard friends!
- Visit the only Fairy Forest in Parker County! Build a fairy house to keep the fairies coming back!
- Kids love the painted rock station: paint river stones and then hide them on the ranch!
- Try your hand at roping; we'll teach you!
- Visit our new Petrified Wood laboratory, complete with magnifying glasses; learn what it was like here millions of years ago!
- Listen to the waterfall during a meal on the deck!
- Light up the Fire Table on a cool night!
- The fishing is great above the rapids!
- Central Heat & Air
- Weatherford is 10 only minutes away, Granbury is 20 only minutes away; both have great restaurants. Check out our website www.fullersfollyriverranch.com for more area attractions.
- We can set up a cabana for you on an island in the river (small charge); we can shuttle you up-river for a lazy float back to the ranch (small charge).
(We donate a % of all revenue to the local food bank for those less fortunate; our 2020 donation provided 12,000 meals! Thank you!)

everything was perfect! my puppy, friends and i had an amazing time and we went on so many fantastic walks! i dont think ive ever spent so long outdoors before and i enjoyed every second of it

My family had a great time staying at the hobbit house. It was comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed and there was a ton to explore around the grounds.
