About this condo rental

Nestled in New Plymouth, this attractive condo for $75 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Mountain View Ark is situated only five minutes stroll from the entrance to the NP Aquatic Centre and the Scenic Coastal Walkway. It doesn't get any better than this. Many of New Plymouth major attractions only a quick stroll away. A 10-minute stroll to the CBD for Arts, Culture & Shopping. This fabulous upstairs studio apartment is the perfect place for a couple or single to base yourself while exploring our beautiful Region. Vaulted ceilings gives the space and open feel and you can relax in a comfortable chair and enjoy the stunning mountain view. A kitchenette comes equipped with a convention/microwave oven and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a comfortable queen bed for a good nights sleep and a modern ensuite bathroom. Portacot and bassinet available on request. Additional features include, Unlimited Wifi, Smart TV, Off Street Car park and much more. In the morning take a stroll along the Scenic Coastal Walkway to the Port to enjoy brunch over looking the water at The Bach Cafe. In the evening, there is plenty of takeaway options to choose from a short walk away. The children will enjoy the wave machine at the NP Aquatic Centre and exploring the rock pools. If you are looking for quality accommodation at a very cost effective price this is for you. Check out Sunny View Arkif you need more space for another couple as there is a separate upstairs apartment. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure. All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Extra Services: Please advise us prior to your stay if you require any of the following items. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern, very clean unit close to the sea and the city centre. Easy check-in and out. Veri comfortable. Great for a weekend stay for a couple. Has all amenities, except air con. Was noisy during week night with trucks rumbling by all night long. Friday night was quiet as trucks seemed to have stopped for the weekend.
