The property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated in every room, excellent kitchen and patio area. Our family loved feeding the fish and using kayaks everyday. The perfect accommodation to unwind, relax, fish, kayak and drive to local beaches nearby. Will certainly recommend this stylish, humble abode to family and friends.

This is a wonderful house for a family holiday. I stayed with my husband, my daughter & son-in-law and two young grandchildren. The house is light and spacious with multiple living spaces and beautiful views over Deep Creek estuary. We all agreed that the river view with gorgeous mature trees and mountain in the background was as nice as any beach view. The beds were all very comfortable with the master bedroom a standout. The only minor issue was no fans in the lower bedrooms but the host is planning to provide them for future guests. The large deck with wooden table (and the beautiful view) is perfect for meals. You do have to drive to beaches but there are many great beaches just a short drive away. We highly recommend this house and will definitely keep it in mind for future holidays.

Amazing devices from start to finish. From Waking up to th beautiful Sounds of the birds and rain at times, though to the beautiful water and waves. Great location close to shops and amenities. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family 😊. Thanks again!

We loved staying in Hyland Park! Beautifully presented, super comfy beds and linen. A very luxurious home. It all felt very new. In a quiet part of Nambucca, about 6 minute drive to town including Woolworths. About half hour or so to Coffs. Windows galore and all with fly screens so even in the heat of January we enjoyed breezes day and night without mozzies. Cook's kitchen including a double oven. Every modern convenience including a small BBQ. Washing machine/dryer very handy. We used the kayaks literally every single day on the river. Quicker to kayak to a swimming spot like Valla Beach than to walk. So relaxing. Was even more beautiful than the photos. Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. While the mid north coast is still relaxed and chill, there are quite a few artisan places popping up for excellent coffee and hand-made goodies. Had a lovely time and will definitely be back!
