The kitchen has been nicely updated with subway tile and stainless appliances. The comfortable living room features a 50 inch smart TV and Roku. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared hall bath with shower/tub. Basement: There is one bedroom in the basement with two full beds. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. Outside: Enjoy the fantastic back deck and large backyard with wooded perimeter. Savor conversation over cheese and crackers on the two cushioned benches. Have breakfast at the glass patio table. Make tasty burgers on the grill. Down the deck stairs, you can throw the pigskin in the spacious grassy yard (unfenced). Parking: Parking available for one car in driveway shared with neighbor. Guest Access: You can use the front door as the Main Access. Prohibited Areas: Please do not go under the house or on top of the roof. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
