We spent our Christmas at this condo and it was the perfect set up for our family of 5! I really liked the layout- our two older kids loved stayed in the loft, and we had a good sized living area to hang out together in the morning. The place was clean and had soap/towels etc. ready to go in the bathrooms. The kitchen had all the stuff I needed to make some special meals. The washer/dryer were nice and looked new. My only critique is the downstairs shower; it has been updated and looks nice but isn't easy to use. There's 3 shower heads and multiple knobs and it took me a while to figure them out as they were also hard to turn, and then the water pressure wasn't the best. However, the upstairs shower had EXCELLENT water pressure, so we were just fine. The wifi worked well and there was enough storage for our stuff. My kids are begging to stay here again and I hope we will! Thanks!

The rental was a perfect size and location for our family. What wasn't great was: • The code that was sent to us to get in was wrong. Called Vacasa and they gave us the correct code. • Description said wood burning stove & wood provided. There was no wood. We sent a message to the owner asking how to get wood and got no response. • The downstairs shower has 3 shower heads. The middle one works, the top one trickles out and the bottom one doesn't work at all. Sent a message to the homeowner and got no response. • The kitchen sink leaked underneath into the cabinet below and onto the floor. Everything in the cabinet got wet. We took everything out and dried it. Sent a message to the homeowner and got no response. • Trash was supposed to be taken to the dumpster. The dumpster was either covered with snow or not anywhere that we could find it. Would we stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it? No, just because of absolutely zero response from the homeowner with our questions/problems.

This cozy condo was a perfect location for my hiking trip. I love that you can walk out the front door and walk to pick up trails about two blocks up the road. It's also walking distance to restaurants and shops, which made going into town for breakfast, lunch and dinner lovely (driving there is also incredibly easy when our legs were tired). And since its about 15 minutes from Breck we were able to go out in both areas easily, and get to hikes/overlooks in both towns easily. The condo is very comfortable. Heat in the downstairs bathroom and temp settings on the showers were nice touches for warming up. The kitchen is well equipt for cooking meals (pots, pans, silverware, stove, oven, etc). We cooked there once or twice each day of the trip. The bed we slept in was comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again.
