The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 10 guests in 4 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 4: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room. PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1200 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by the day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage. The management will not be held liable for any lost or damaged valuables. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self-guided check-in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way.

Great for our group that included a toddler and 4 adults. Central to the garden district and French quarter. Wifi was spotty and didn’t really get fixed while we were there, but everything else was great.

We stayed in a 4 BR apartment for 5 people so it was spacious. The apartment was clean & extra supplies were readily available. No problems at all. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown/the French Quarter. We didn’t feel comfortable making the walk because of the heat (98 degrees) & the area we would have to walk through.

We booked this space 3 months early for a conference and our reservation was changed from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom on the day of after 4PM. This required some of our guests to get housing elsewhere at the last minute. The agent on duty was very professional and apologetic and we were refunded fees for the inconvenience. The space is beautiful and the location is perfect and in walking distance to many places. Everything in the unit is as pictured. There were no outlets in master bedroom bathroom. The pictures give the impression that the lobby area is a bar area, but it is just a sitting area. Note: NO visitors are allowed. But, the main door stayed unlocked. We ordered food/snacks because there's no vending [water, soda, or snacks] on the property. We enjoyed our stay and hope this review will help future guests be better prepared to fully enjoy the space. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

The stay was very nice and clean. The only thing was we didnt have enough linen and towels for family members and in master bedroom the TV never was able to connect because remote was working but that was fine we didnt get a chance to watch tv anyways. But overall I would come back to stay again. Oh and the rooftop was beautiful Thanks again we will see you guys soon.

Overall, the place was as described. The location is great as it's close to everything (French Quarter, Saints stadium, etc.). Communication with property manager was easy, as well as check-in process.

This place was amazing for 4 people. Extremely spacious and accomodating for lengthy stays. Everything was self-service with onsite help ready to assist if needed. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to experience New Orleans. Its a short drove to everything and it's right alongside the Mississippi River. Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is pretty quiet but you're a quick Uber drive from both the French Quarter and the Garden District. Sextant stays was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd definitely recommend them and would stay there again.

Prior to arrival I received a text from the concierge with very detailed check-in instructions and parking information. She communicated with me throughout my stay and was quick to answer any questions/provide any help. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to everything but not too close that the noise kept us up at night. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. We will for sure stay again!
