Unfortunately there were issues at the apartment that relates to maintenance. The en-suite shower didn’t work properly. There was so much limescale on the shower head that the water did not function as a shower head. The other shower lacked power which rendered it useless. None of the beds or pillows had mattress or pillow protectors. The sofa bed that we used was disgustingly stained! There were other tired items in the apartment which did not hinder our stay. The entrance and stairs are tired and dirty which does not reflect well. In fairness to the agents we reported the faults and following our departure a representative attended the property. One other matter is that the drop kerb is not at the entrance and if you have nice alloys you will be entering and exiting onto a busy road at an obtuse angle.

Communication from the property was horrendous, left without electric for 6 hours and without a TV for our whole 3 day stay Raised complaints atleast 25+ times to get brushed off and ignored

Good location

Kitchen cutleries cupboard and the dishes, cups need washing. They were quite dirty.

Great location to amenities

The location was good and when the bath was blocked the maintenance man came and unblocked it.

Not clean, mould in bathroom, bits on the floor, damp mop smelt, matress protector on sofa bed had hairs and bits on and sofa was stained. There were no curtains in the living room which did not make for a comfortable night for myself and my toddler. The bath got blocked on the first go so none of us could shower in the morning. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. Also the dining chairs were wobbly and needed tightening. It's advertised to accommodate a family but really only suitable for a couple. The lift was also broken which made entry difficult. Nine of these issues were responded to or rectified aside from unblocking the bath.

It was spacious and had everything you needed. It was nice to be left tea, coffee and sugar. Also little boxes of cereal and jams

The bathrooms were smelly and needed a better clean. The smoke alarm was going off which was annoying. It needs to have mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

Bed was comfortable. There was enough cutlery, glasses, cups, mugs. And saucepans. Also scissors and knives were useful.

Entrance was very dangerous off the main road. The communal entrance was dirty and stairs up to unit. First impressions! Lift was slow, worked on way in but not on way out. So we had to drag our cases down stairs. The absolute basic was the shower which was dysfunctional. We notified them but nobody came to fix. One of the reasons for us moving out earlier. We had to hold it by hand to try and wash ourselves. Would suggest one of your staff try and have a shower there. Chairs were tiny, fine for kids or very very small adults.
