The pictures of this property do not do justice for this super comfortable and bright apartment. My business partner and I stayed for 5 days and it was extremely convenient to work, prepare meals and have our own bathrooms. The location is excellent with easy access to parking, supermarkets and the main highways. We will DEFINITELY stay here again for any future business trips in Lausanne.

We did have a bit of a difficult time to locate the trash in the basement. Perhaps the hosts can put some instructions on where the trash is located (and maybe the recyclables). We had to leave it in the apartment upon leaving but I didn't feel right about doing that.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was stunning. All amenities were provided. It was safe.

There was absolutely no housekeeping provided. For long stays one would think basic housekeeping and change of towels and bedsheets would be done but it was not.

Flat with good potential if it was maintained better. Good size, modern design. Dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle work well. Partially heated floor. Very fast internet.

1.no access to washing machine (outside the flat, on the same floor). The flat was advertised as having one, after booking I was informed that the card should be requested, which I did. The card was promised, but not delivered. Explanation was that the washing machine is for stays longer than 15 days. Big let down 2. two days before arrival was informed about 2000+ chf security deposit required. Unbelievable 3. single key, not convenient for a large flat 4. Light in the bathroom only starts working in 10 seconds after the switch is pressed. Very annoying 5. Very blunt knives: difficult to cut cucumber, impossible to cut apple. No chopping board 6. Not a single garbage bag was found in the flat. Quite annoying when you have to go shopping immedeatly after check-in for such small necesities
