Just one block from the ocean, this newly renovated beach home is a wonderful place to rest during your stay at Bradenton Beach. Two screened-in balconies allow guests to enjoy the sunshine without sacrificing the comfort of central air conditioning. The second-story balcony features a telescope, so you can gaze out into the starry skies over the ocean. Stick your sandy clothes into the private washer/dryer when the day winds down. Take the private gas grill for a spin, or enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. The family dog is also welcome to join you here! With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Anna Maria Public Beach, all within one-and-a-half miles), it's easy to see a new side to the ocean. Take a break with something fishy at The Ugly Grouper and something savory at Smoqehouse, both within two-and-a-half miles. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports - they're based just one-and-a-half miles away. Things to know: We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Snowbird friendly Beach towels, blankets, one beach umbrella, and one beach chair is available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Condo nice …a little crowded and watch your head on staircase .

We loved the beach access! The cleaning service did great! The kitchen was not stocked well so plan on eating out. The dishwasher basically didn’t work either. We made it work as a family of 6.

The property has a ton of deferred maintenance that needed to be done. Pillows had stains on the pillowcases. Makes you wonder if the sheets were cleaned before we came. The floor in the place was dirty. The place had multiple air conditioners that made it difficult to talk if they were running. I would look for a different place.

The air conditioning went out our first day and no one responded until we ended our trip early and went home and after a week they said they would refund the house money but here we are a month later and still no refund. Personally I would choose another company that maybe cares more. Maybe paradise vacation rental better than this rental company

I did email a few small things that might need to be looked into, but over all, we had the best week ever! And the walk to the beach was SO short! - absolutely perfect for our family

Our entire family decided to stay on the Island and we chose this little gem to stay at. Home was super cute and CLEAN. Everything we needed to stay comfortable in the heat was provided.
Also provided was items to make beach going so easy and fun for adults and kids alike.
We were so pleased with this home that it will now be our regular vacation go to for this area

It was our first time at Bradenton beach and we will definitely be coming back! House is clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Would stay at this place again!

Stayed 12/27-1/2/23. 3 BR 3 baths. All very roomy and very clean - no dirt in the corners which was very impressive. Plenty of towels and wash cloths for 5 guests; nice quality of towels. I took my own towel but I didn’t have to use it. There was an issue with a paint spill; I called the office and they responded Quicky with a clean up and they were very apologetic. Just 3 doors down and walk to public beach entrance. Great beach and not crowded. The villa has plenty of beach towels and has only about 2 working chairs. Spiket to wash sand off feet near beach closet. 2 Very new and nice washer dryers. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils. Coffee pot but no Keurig. New roomy refrigerator.
Concerns (and I only say this so management is aware but they were no inconveniences for us at all) many beach chairs were broken; no beach wagon; no pizza pan: no liquid detergent (powder was available but I don’t think washer takes powder). The spiral staircase to 2nd floor BR is not easy to walk up/down if you are older with bad knees, hips, ankles, etc. However my son and his wife had no problem with it at all.

I'm leaving 5 stars because this place met our needs especially since this wasn't what we originally booked. It was quite clean and had the basics for being on the beach. I.E. chairs, towels, few toys. The A/C worked great! Great shower, water pressure was excellent! I liked how the house was raised and you didn't feel like anyone could see into the place, almost private. Being across the street from the beach was very nice! Lots of towels, beach gear and beach towels. With the good comes some minor improvements...the king bed was awful, not comfortable not sure how the other beds were but lots of extra blankets which is nice. The kitchen is quite small but we made do.
Overall I would stay again and really liked renting from Vacasa will use them in future.

We really liked staying at the apartment. It was a great fit for us. The beach is literally 10 steps away! I only have 2 recommendations: 1) we called with an issue with the freezer and was told I would hear back from local resources but no one ever reached out to us. For that reason, we were unable to use the freezer the whole time were there. 2) The pots and pans need updating. They look very dated and in bad shape. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The unit itself was very clean. There was a used towel left in the master bathroom which I noticed when we got there. The location was great. Both lanais took in a lot of water from the roof and were very wet so we couldn’t sit out there in the sun room area. The upstairs had a similar situation. There is water damage on the ceiling in the master bedroom. Likely mood underneath that. The location was excellent… we had a nice time once the weather cleared. Definitely get trip insurance because we were concerned about the 40mph winds and tropical storm warning and were told the unit was accessible so they couldn’t provide any alternative. Lesson learned. The first two days of the trip were not enjoyable… they also emailed asking for us to put in the grills, flip over the table, stack the chairs… I emailed and mentioned maybe a property manager or crew should do that and was then told not to worry about it. It was a nice spot but I’d think before I rented from them again.

Home was just as described in photos. Could use some TLC perhaps in off season when not rented manager could look at some upkeep. Apparently the upstairs room hadn’t been used in last rental or two as staff may have forgotten to dust. We went up the stairs and instantly found our feet were dirty. Rail is in dire need of help.

The house had everything a family of 6 needed. The items provided for the beach was a nice addition to our daily beach hang-outs! Being from Texas, having all of the amenities was so stress free. The location couldn't be better.

This was our first trip to Bradenton beach and we feel in love with the beach area and vibe. Condo was clean and had all the comforts we needed. Beach supplies (chairs,umbrellas etc) were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved the location and our stay at this home. I came with a bunch of teens and they was comfortable and not a complaint from them. I will say under the sink did leak and there appears to be water damage and possibly mold above the cabinets in the kitchen.

This is as listed and is a great location. Close to beach and easy to get to and lots of beach supplies. Had a little delay with the check in but was quickly corrected and was easy to communicate with everyone. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Very nice
The place was clean. It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach access. We had a problem with 2 of the bathroom sinks. We called the office and the repair man was there to fix it within the hour. (Thanks Terry!)He also helped us with the TVs because one TV had 4 remotes. We enjoyed the place a lot.

The property was comfortable and clean. It’s location was central to everything needed for an enjoyable weekend on the beach. The showers were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We were very pleased with the property! The location was great for beach access; just crossed the street about 1/2 block up from the house. The layout was ideal for our group (2 adults, 2 kids). The main level has a small kitchen, LR, DR and a closet with laundry as well as a bathroom. There is a BR with 2 twin beds at the end of the hall and another King BR en suite. The spiral staircase leads up to another BR with it's own bathroom and porch area. Both bath and beach towels were provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. We had a short stay, but any longer we would have hoped they would have provided more laundry and dishwasher soap (there was only 1 pod of each for a 3 night stay). Overall, a great place for a family going to the beach!
