The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room PARKING: If you are travelling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices provided at time of parking, free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates provided upon availability. Our two bed, two bath apartment was perfect. Great for two couples meeting for a football game. The rooftap patio was perfect, too. We used it every day. So many anazing restaurants and bars close by. We walked to Canal street, Bourbon St., and the Caesars superdome. Our favourite local bar was Ernst with $1.25 beer and the Vriquette restaurant was amazing. We would definitely book here again!

Seamless check in and check out. Beautiful space. Would have preferred it being closer to city. Parking was not ideal and valet was expensive.

This was a great spot for our 5 days in New Orleans. The hosts were very responsive to questions and the location was as promised. Check in and out was smooth and we were able to store our luggage after check out and before our flight. It had all the amenities we needed and a good location for touring the city. It was a bit of a walk to the French Quarter but also nice to stay in a quieter location. Would highly recommend.

Had three different codes, nothing but trouble trying to get in and out. Frustrating. And you come to New Orleans you expect the coffee would be local not from Guatemala. It was very clean and cute. The TV was awful, slow and you have to log in with your own streaming account with no way to delete it. They need to put more thought into all of this!

When we first booked it said 8 parking spaces available to first come Upon calling before the trip they said there were no parking spaces . They did allow us to unload in their spaces but we were on our own as far as parking. The picture looks nothing like the living area. Sofa is different and rug was really worn , almost tripped several times. Dishwasher was missing mother board and not attached so as you pulled out the shelves, it fell forward and we had to catch it. The top of the coffee maker was broken off . I reported the problems & they responded asking what we wanted done. We were out most of the time due to Mardi Gras & just lived with it but for what we payed it was not up to VRBO standard.

Great location, very close to the convention center and walking distance to the French quarter. The interior of the apartment is super modern and chic - equipped with pretty much everything. Comprehensive staff support and quick responses. Highly recommend!

Very clean space with nice living accouterments. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I chose a bedroom without windows and slept incredibly soundly without all the extra light! The roof is also worth checking out if you have time.

This place LOOKS EXACTLIKE THE PICTURES. I was pleasantly surprised honestly. Its a big bruck building on a corner in the business district. The host stays on top of getting in contact with the guest as soon as you book. Each unit is a fully furnished apartment with full size appliances, updated fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom provided a nice contrast to the old brick walls. Lovely short term rental, I'd stay here again.
