Their should be basic kettle and normal RO water with glass. Bath towel, FaceTowel should be pre placed. Dental KIT, Soap are also basic to be placed for a hotel if they providing accommodation to stay. Otherwise staffs are good. Upsell technique they have from room dining or restaurant whatever (appreciated). I stayed 3 times and the basic was all time lack of.

Staff were polite, they respond nicely, overall a great stay.
I ordered chicken dry fry and they served chicken pakoda. For me, it's not a big of a issue. But just be careful.
