This property was absolutely amazing! 10/10. Even better and spacier than in photos. Everything so super clean and new. And the terrace was so great with pretty views. We absolutely loved the location too, it is near train station and you can see trains passing by from the terrace, our toddler loved it and wanted to look at them all day! The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment so no train noises bothered us when we were sleeping. Air conditioner in every room, towels, toiletries, elevator! It was very very nice and the hosts were really friendly too. Train station 5 min walk away, big supermarket 5 min walk away.

Modern, clean and well appointed apartment

Noisy location. Hear announcements at train station throughout the day (luckily not overnight) and then neighbors’ music and band practice late into evening. I am a light sleeper so this was hard to deal with.

Amazing apartment in great location in Stresa. The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived, very spacious, and recently renovated. It is conveniently located near the train station, which was quiet and did not bother us. The walk to the city center is easy and quick, and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The terrace has great views and is spacious. The apartment includes modern kitchen appliances and basic utensils to cook and eat at home. The washing machine was a nice surprise as well. The owner was very kind when he showed us the apartment and gave us great recommendations around the city. His English was limited but we communicated without much issue. Overall a fantastic value and we highly recommend staying here.

Our only feedback is the check-in process can be improved. I think a more automated check-in and check-out would be awesome :)

The only downside could be the proximity to the railway station and tracks … you have regular announcements throughout the day .. think the trains stop about 11 pm so it didn’t interfere with sleeping and as we were out most of our stay it didn’t personally distract from our own holiday. if you are a train spotter you will love it!

Top-floor apartment in a residential block in a great central location. Truly next to the Stresa train station (you do hear a train occasionally). Wrap-around terrace with great views (although we hardly used it due to the heat). Clean. Friendly host. Good airconditioning in bedroom and living room. There is a (rather old) lift.

The interior is rather minimalistic (e.g. no coffee table) and there is not much decoration, so it does not feel like a home away from home. The host's English is very limited (but we managed). No tourist information in the apartement. There are some stairs even though there is a lift.

The apartment was spotless and was equipped with everything you would need. The terrace was huge and brilliant for dining and relaxing. The apartment was convenient for the train station, shops, restaurants and the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable and the Wifi was excellent. In short we had a wonderful time in Stresa and will return to this apartment.

The apartment is new and modern. It has all the facilities you may need including great airconditioning. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The view from the balcony is beautiful!
