Was exactly as described on the web. Clean, with all necessary you need, not far from the beach. Ideal point, if you would like to know the island nd you do not need to stay in Honolulu.
The room was too dark for our liking; we prefer brighter spaces.
And all the knives were completely dull 😀

The cottage has lots of room with a great layout. It was very clean and had great amenities, including a microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and a TV with many, many channels. The private patio has a table and chairs so you can enjoy sitting outside. Off-street parking is provided. Beach chairs and towels are provided too.
I hate to complain because the cottage was mostly nice. It was quite warm during my stay here. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not have a functioning ice maker. I bought a couple of ice cube trays, thinking I could just make ice. Sadly, the freezer did not freeze the water in the trays, even after 2 days. While the sofa looked comfortable, it was not. The seats sagged and were extremely uncomfortable to sit upon. The support network inside the sofa was broken. Owner says he will address that situation.

Very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable with plenty of closets and amenities. Great to have a driveway and carport..
It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.
The area is quiet and peaceful.
A little warm at times with no AC but this is typical for Hawaii.
The stovetop was difficult to operate and constantly showed error codes. (No instructions found)
The upstairs bathroom needs some blinds or curtains.

Very clean, parking was easy, communication with host was great, host was very accommodating to our check in time.
The space we stayed in was not what was advertised in the listing, we were in a smaller back house with 1Bed/1Bath instead of the 2-bedroom we booked. No Air Conditioning made the space very hot at night, we have stayed at other places where a lack of AC was not a problem, but for how hot it was, it was difficult to sleep. For the price, this stay was absolutely not worth what we paid.
