This level also features a master suite with a king bed and full bath and a laundry room with a half bath. The upper level has a family/TV room with two twin-size Murphy Beds. Down the hall are a full bath and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is a lower level with outside access only that offers two queen-sized beds and a full bath with a walk-in shower, so this home is perfect for couples traveling together, extended family, or, of course, just great friends! There are lots of trees, and nature abounds with this lovely property. You'll find plenty of outdoor deck and patio spaces to enjoy the outdoors. There is no satellite or cable package but unlimited internet, so smart TV services are available; bring your personal passwords for Netflix, Prime, or your other favorites. AREA WIDE NOTICE: Lake Lure will undergo a drawdown from January 1st, 2024, through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet have been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame.
