It was very relaxing, perfect didnt need to do anything it was very clean, quit, and a getaway will definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Every thing you would want, close to everything you want to do.

We had a great stay overall. It is within walking distance to Storyland and was comfortable for our 2 small families with plenty of space. It included all the amenities we needed. The only downside were the beds. They were very, very uncomfortable. The pull out couches were the worst but even the beds in the rooms were rock hard and uncomfortable. Upgrading the beds and some furniture that is aging would make this a perfect stay.

This is one of the best homes I have rented for our annual girl's trip. Everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the New Hampshire ares.

Sadly the ac did not work nor did the ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was quite hot and very hard to sleep at night. The condo itself is lovely.

We Loved the open space with Kitchen and Living room, the loft upstairs was Great space for the 2 teens that were with us as well except for the broken window screen which left us unable to use the window which made it really hot up there. The A/C unit did not work very well for the entire unit therefore we had to go out and buy 3 fans for both bdrms and loft, there was a fan in 2nd bdrm but it was broken, master bdrm had a broken ceiling fan which we were notified about on the day of check in yet after our stay we were being blamed for it..I called Vacasa Cust. Srvc to make them aware of the situation but because it was a holiday wknd (4th of July) We were told someone would get back to us by Tues. (this was Sat) never heard back from anyone. Also got damage tix for 2 spots were sthing must have spilled in the refrigerator after we cleaned it all out.. Very surprised and annoyed by this especially when they charged us 180$ cleaning fee yet we vacuumed the entire unit and mopped all floors upon rushing to get out of the unit by 10am .. Check in not til 4pm but checkout is 10am that accounts for 2 days of your stay...still not sure were that makes any sense but I guess thats most rentals. The two balconies were covered in pollen and dirt along with all the patio furniture on it!! It looked as if the back porch might have begun to get a makeover but never got pass some streaks of primer. Last but not least we were charged to use the pool this was not ever mentioned anywhere in the rental agreement it actually told you if anybody asks just tell them the owner of the unit takes care of fee and that the Linderhoff Country Club(in which the pool belongs to) was Aware of it, well that didn't work or matter to the CC owners they said they were not aware of anything of the sort and still charged us for 6 days of using the pool!! In a nutshell the place was nice and we made sure to have fun but we would never go again for we were treated as if we had the plague by every one who owns Property there or/and has a membership at the Country Club, not to mention the neighbor directly to the left of the unit who is the "President" of the CC and had an opinion about Everything and Everyone and made sure she was heard loud and clear from morning til night smh!! Basically if you are thinking of renting this unit bring fans, earplugs, extra cash and take plenty of pics of anything broken cuz your going to need them!!
