The condo was very well appointed. It was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were available and accessible. The location was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We also appreciated the text communication to inform us our condo was ready a little bit earlier than expected check-in.

The thermostat to manage the heat/cooling was locked with pin # that I had no access to. I reported via text communication that was acknowledged by Vacasa. I was assured that someone onsite would assist. I texted on 3 different days on this issue and it was never resolved. This is a top floor unit and when the day time would heat up so would our condo. The heat was set to 70* which was ok~ though I prefer 68*. The cooling was set to 76* and that is not an acceptable temperature for me to remain comfortable. We had to open the windows to try and get any relief. Do better and make sure your renters are allotted control of their own personal comfort. I did take pictures of the PIN locked thermostat and I did provide those in text communications as well.

Very beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and bedding. One of the best places to stay on the island.

No grills on the deck.

Perfect for a family of 4. We had an amazing time fishing on the ocean.
