Summary: Home with its own Private Beach, Amazing location and lots more. Short walk down Bartel Boulevard you will come to Franklin Parade and a short walk along the Encounter Bikeway to the local favourites Yilki Store and Beach House Cafe. The Space: This property has to offer: Open plan dining, living and kitchen areas. Beautiful views from the living areas looking out onto the private beach area. Large split system in the living area. Lots of seating. TV and DVD player. Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee pod machine. Breakfast bar with two stools Sorry the pantry is locked for the landlords use only. Dining area with a large eight seater dining table plenty of room for the whole family. Stunning views of the beach from the dining area also. - Master bedroom with a Queen bed, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and a TV - Modern ensuite leading off the Main Bedroom - Bedroom two with a Queen Bed. Ceiling fan and free standing wardrobe -Bedroom three has Bunk Beds and one single bed. Free standing wardrobe Main Bathroom with shower and a separate bath. Hair dryer. Separate toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine. Ironing board and Iron. Undercover paved outdoor area with outdoor seating and a large BBQ. Stunning yard with a large grassed area. Access from the back yard to private beach this is fenced off between the house and the water. Canoes, surf boards and paddle boards and life jackets Outdoor shower. Property sleeps 8 guests. No Linen Provided No Wi-Fi No Pets Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1: Queen x 1 Bedroom 2: Queen x 1 Bedroom 3: Single Bunk x 1, Single bed x 1 Garage is not available for guests use sorry. ** Please note this property does not include linen; however linen hire can be arranged by local company Victor Linen. Quilts with covers & pillows provided. Guests to bring or hire Sheets, Pillow cases, Towels & Tea Towels. **

Quiet, accommodating and perfect location

Fantastic view over a man made lake/beach. Veiw from inside & patio area. Very quiet.

On arrival kids headed straight out in the kayaks, only to be told by neighbours that the lake was closed for all use due to contamination. We were not told this before our stay to enable us to change the booking but worse, we allowed our kids out into the water. While the closure was not the fault of the property manager his response was dismissive, as he did not know about the lake closure. We were told by neighbours that there was council notification the week before our stay, so either the owner or manager should have known. He also did not ring me back as promised.
Property is fine, cleaning could be better as living room floor needed a vacuum and the dishwasher was dirty.

Check lake is open before your stay
On arrival kids headed straight out in the kayaks, only to be told by neighbours that the lake was closed for all use due to contamination. The house was as advertised, roomy pleasant with the lake at the back door. It was the perfect holiday for two boys aged 5 and 7 and a baby 1. Parents could watch the children from the lawn at the house and canoes were provided for their enjoyment. Even the grandies had a great time. Perfect family break

Arrived to a dirty kitchen with ants everywhere. Then to find the beds didn't have sheets. This was nowhere in the listing on the Stayz app or in any of the emails we received. The property manager was more concerned about why the information hadn't come through to us than helping us. His advice, go and buy some sheets from Kmart. Another expense on top of an already overpriced stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The home had a lovely homely feel about it. You couldn’t help but relax. Everything we needed and more. A lovely place to stay for all ages. Our five year old was safe and had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Would love to return and stay again. Thank you.

The house is nice and reasonably priced but the experience with stayz when it comes to the bond is rediculous been 4 weeks and still waiting some one else I know been waiting 3 months to get it back and everyone you talk to don’t know anything and can’t help you and tell you they don’t have and speak to someone else who also can’t help you it seems like a lost cause I would never book a holiday through stayz again
