Lokalizacja obiektu w samym centrum. Blisko wszelkiego rodzaju knajpy, port oraz deptak. Za oknem dosyć głośno przez co niektórym może się nie podobać ale dla nas było to miejsce wyłącznie na nocleg więc z lokalizacją trafiliśmy świetnie.

Informacje o odbiorze kluczy uzyskałam dopiero po napisaniu do obiektu. Sam właściciel nie odezwał się do mnie. Niestety kod dostępu do skrytki był błędny przez co nie mogliśmy się dostać do apartamentu a właściciel nie odbierał telefonu. Rano brak wody w kranie przez co nie mogliśmy wziąć prysznicu. Cena za wysoka jak na takie warunki!

La cama lo único que me gustó porque lo demás fue todo una basura

La obra que tenía justo debajo de la habitación el no tener WiFi y no arreglarlo en 6 días no tenía ni un armario los huéspedes hasta las 3 o las 4 haciendo escándalo les comento que las habitaciones interiores me dan claustrofobia y en 6 días ni se molestaron en cambiarme habiendo habitaciones libres el precio carisimo por el mismo precio o menos alquilado cualquier cosa mil veces mejor

La ubicación es inmejorable, la comodidad y calidad de de las camas y sábanas es estupenda. El baño al completo estaba como nuevo y muy limpio. La habitación contaba con una botella de agua de cortesía, hervidor de agua, infusiones y café.

Las ventanas no aíslan nada ni tampoco las puertas. No es una cuestión de que la zona sea ruidosa (que puede serlo), es que puedes oír hasta respirar a la habitación contigua o a la del otro lado del patio. Son bonitas por tratarse de un edificio histórico pero puertas y ventanas podrían reforzarse con espumas aislantes (por dar una idea) para mejorar su aislamiento acústico.

Locație foarte centrala, apartament frumos utilat, pat confortabil, camera spațioasă iar gazda foarte amabila și drăguță.

Din păcate, geamurile nu se închid cum trebuie intra lumina și e și foarte gălăgios de la tramvai, apartamentul nu are nici o sursa de căldură, astfel că noaptea este cam răcoare, in rest totul a fost ok. Din păcate au în clădire renovări momentan, foarte zgomotos toată ziua, însă gazda fost drăguță și ne-a oferit o alta cazare însă noi nu am mai dorit să ne mutăm pentru o noapte.

AUNQUE ME AVISARON POR CORREO VARIAS VECES DEL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA RECOGER LAS LLAVES ESOS DIAS NO PUDE VER MI CORREO, ASÍ QUE LLEGUÉ A LA PUERTA Y TRATÉ DE LLAMAR AL ENCARGADO. SIN EMBARGO ME COSTÓ PORQUE EL TELEFONO QUE ANUNCIABAN NO RESPONDÍA. TUVE QUE RECURRIR A BOOKING PARA QUE LO LOCALIZASE. SI EL UNICO MODO QUE TIENES DE CONTACTAR ES EL TELEFONO, ELLOS DEBERÍAN ESTAR 7/24 H PENDIENTES YA QUE NO EXISTE RECEPCIÓN PARA LOS HUESPEDES.

Beautiful house in a very nice old part of Santa Cruz. Obviously not super quiet, if you want that in the middle of a city get some hotel with triple windows. Quite spectacular roof for all the guest.

Only thing being a real plus would be a tiny fridge in the smaller rooms. But the description says it doesn’t have it, so all transparent.

Great location, historical building with beautiful entrance, very high ceilings, interesting floor and large windows. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed, kitchen utensils, toiletries, blankets.

Due it's located in the center of the old town, it's difficult to find free parking nearby. We found it near market as host advises. The property has a refundable damage deposit we didn't notice it when booking.

It's giving amar en tiempos revueltos vibe like vintage I truly love it. Sexy, cozy, super clean comfy aircon it exceeded my expectations. Super central location 10/10. Everything nice and easy. Host super helpful. Highly recommended. The terrace upstairs chill vibes the views perfect!!! I went for business with my partner and it was one of our best nights ever
