Nothing. Worst ever experience.

CHEATING ... CHEATING ... CHEATING. The property owner charged me extra RS. 500, although I made the full payment in advance. Landed at around 12 in the night and they started demanding more money, saying that the they can not give the room for booked price. THEY CHEATED by transferring the money to a third party account by phonepe. Therefore, I neither get the bill nor transferred the money to the owner account. I fought for several days for the refund of the extra money, but finally couldn't get any refund. Look at how many guests they already apologised for the poor unethical practices. Therefore, please be VERY VERY careful to choose this hotel. Booking.com/OYO should ban this from their listing. SHAME on booking.com and OYO. Never ever go for this. The bed sheets and blankets were never changed.

Price is high, Check-In and Check-Out process should be as per the customer need.

Location is not far from Vijayawada railway station.

Check-In and Check-Out process, i have updated the reaching time but they have counted from 12-12PM. Check in time should be whenever we reach.

Although I booked through booking.com, Oyo sent repeated mails for advance payment..most hotels listed in Oyorooms don't like Oyo, so I contacted hotel and directly paid the hotel. Travellers don't pay Oyo or else you will face problem

Very good

Hotel is located in narrow lane in which an Auto Rikshaw can go with much difficulty. But it is situated in reasonable distance to Railway Station and Busstand. Both are walkable distance.

They charged balance amount on check in under plea that it's their policy and computer program will not allot room without payment. Other hotels ask for payable amount at the time of vacating the room. They are not serving sealed water bottle at the time of check in.. .

Don't book online they don't accept

Nothing, They are charging extra after reaching there and they are reluctant to solve the problem

No customer support, they don't allow you inside if you book online, they want extra money if you pay online.

Disappointing

I feel very disappointed because I have booked the room with breakfast they're not provided. No hot water in the room. Ac not working.

I have stayed there for only 7 hours, but facility available are very poor.

Near to the station

They refused to allot room at booked price and asked for extra 500 amount. .I had to pay the amount. Pls arrange for refund. Also no breakfast provided.
