Окурки под кроватью,использованные тампоны,грязные трусы и носки все под той же кроватью,некоторые кровати воняют,грязь повсюду.Про кухню молчу,там в печке жир прирос к стенкам и сеткам они теперь что-то типа венома.В кратце лучше вообще сюда не ехать,чем ехать.

There is a lot of negativitys that I experienced while I was staying in this hotel. Pictures made by owner were inaccurate. I was looking for this hotel half an hour on the location, owner didn't mention at all that this is "house for the guests" where people already live and you get a room next to this people which is not quite comfortable at all. During the stay...there is no staff and this is not a hotel which is inaccurate description. Comfort: During the stay in your room, you will share a bathroom togather with shower with these people that live in this building. Room was in my opinion not clean and unhigyenic where I was able to find a dead bugs under the table where you are supposed to eat your food, Big NO. Old beds which are not comfortable at all and squeaky. Nylon cover over the pillow inside bedsheet was the nightmare and uncomofortable. In the room there was some Electrical Installation done unproffesionaly with cable ties, through the plastic tubes, broken TV (Antenna) outlets and some cute wires were hanging out of the outlet and on the wall itself which is quite dangerous if you're with a small child staying in this room. Marks left on the white walls and some spots... The Radiator in this room at a bit cold night was not working and was destroyed by someone before my stay which I noticed. Balcony is okay if you want to catch some fresh air but with broken balcony doors from the outside, broken handle so if you close to door you will find yourself in a not so nice position to open these doors and probably be stuck in here also broken sunblind which I was not able to roll it down. You don't have a trash can in your room other then you need to go out of the room in the shared kitchen to throw your trash and it's not possible to recycle, separate bio trash from plastic, paper, there is no place for that and huge no, no.

Easy self checkin.

Terrible dirty. The sheets was the only clean what we found in the apartment. We found a lot of cigarettes butts in the balcony. The trash-bin in a shared kitchen was full. We expected that next day it will be thrown away by the staff, unfortunately it remains the same, so all people need to put trashes around the trash-bin. The sink in a toilet as well as the toilet itself was super dirty and not cleaned for weeks.

Self check-in is a good idea. The balcony is nice.

The place is quite dirty and smelly, I wouldn't go there again.

From the announcement and the booking confirmation it appears that we have rented an ENTIRE APARTMENT of 28sqm with shared kitchen, instead we only had one room with a small terrace and the bathroom was shared with others. The presence of a BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM TO RELAX TOGETHER which was not there is also indicated. We tried to contact the Host both by phone and via whatsapp but he did not deign to answer. After contacting customer service we left and told the host. Conclusions: misleading / fraudulent advertisement.

It was easy to find parking and it would have been ok for one night passing by if it was clean in the common spaces.

It was very filthy at the bathroom, no toilett paper, filthy dishes în the kitchen that was filling the entire sink. Moreover, in the morning, the maid entered my room while my husband was at the bathroom and she didn't even knock at the door. I was changing my clothes so I very much disliked this.
