It’s a very nice house. The pool is great when the pump is working. There must be a nest of wasp in the bushes behind the pool though because they were swimming with us all day. Beds were clean and nicely made. The house was very dusty but I assume it’s normal because of the area, the floors were sticky, and there was bug legs everywhere. I ended up having to go to the stater bros to pick up a mop and cleaning supplies. Kevin was easy to get a hold of and had the pool guy fix the pump within 6 hours. The plumping in one of the restrooms was terrible. Water backed up in the tub and the toilet didn’t always flush.

We loved this as our family reunion spot! The only thing we were missing was more kitchen supplies, a cookie sheet maybe. Otherwise we loved it!

Would highly recommend! The house was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you’d want in a home. Was impressed by all the bed space. We had more than enough space for everyone to have their own bed to sleep. Also the pool has several floaties and fun things. The only issue we had was with the grill, but we were able to use the stove.

This was a great spot in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is well maintained and a gorgeous place to stay. It was a group of 10 of us and there was plenty of space for us to have a relaxing time. Kevin kept great communication and made us feel very welcome. There was a lot to do to keep us entertained and happy. If you are into skating, the next block over has a freshly paved road for a subtle hill bombing. I do recommend bringing some pans if you plan to cook for a lot of people! This was a 10/10 experience!

The house was extremely clean. The get-away was a perfect one after being cooped up due to Covid. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Our 4 star rating is due to the fact that one of our important requirements for a vacation home was a pool table. This was why we took this home. Unfortunately the pool cue sticks were damaged, and the pool table was on a slant making it difficult to play. Otherwise we would most definitely recommend this home.
