The home was plenty spacious for 3 people and the location was great for exploring summit county and the proximity to the amphitheater. However, there is a bus stop and park right outside and thus very noisy at all hours of the day. We needed to have the windows open as there is no AC and it was difficult to sleep with all of the noise.

The property was very clean, spacious and not cluttered. Great location.

Great place to stay with friends. Easy access to the mountain and local places.

This is the second time we've stayed at Sail Lofts 108 and enjoyed it again!
However, please note that the toaster needs to be replaced, as we couldn't get it to work correctly!

We really liked the layout and space of unit 108 overall. However some basic details were lacking - there were no hooks in bathroom, (would have been nice to hang towels and wet clothing), the pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the Xfinity cable package was pathetic. For the rental cost there should be more attention paid to these types of things.
On positive side the unit was new, clean and convenient to anything one would want to do in Summit county. Easy to figure out how to get in and access garage.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. The parking space in the garage is nice but tight. The closet in the garage was a bonus. The location was good and close to the bike trail. The kitchen had the bare essentials for cooking, but nice. Love the gas stove/grill and oven. The master bed was extra firm, no sagging bed there as well as great master bathroom. There were a couple of events at the amphitheater while there and the foot traffic was heavy and noisy if the windows were open. The local bus service has a stop right outside the master bedroom and is running constantly, even late night and you hear the bus, since you would most likely have the windows open at night in July. Overall the condo is great. I gave it 5 stars but if possible I would give it a 4.5 because of the noise of the bus and foot traffic at night.

the property was very nice!! master BR was noisy. and bright . across street from busy bus stop and ,ongoing construction across street. although it is supposed to become a park so will become a plus. bring ear plugs and eye mask if a picky sleeper . otherwise wonderful. perfect location. g

Overall, the property is clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. We rented this through Vacasa and didn't have many options to reach out for questions except text. The Vacasa responses were timely. The actual property management was nonexistent. The listing says that parking permits are required and aren't required. You read that correctly. It took about a half day to sort it out. Long story short, permits are required to park outside, but not in the garage. We were told the permits should be furnished inside the rental somewhere. They are not. I let the text thread know this and they apologized. The property mgmt company never reached out and never furnished one even after being made aware. There are clearly visible signs that say you will be towed on most of the nights we were there. So, if you have more than one vehicle, this is something you will want to clear up ahead of time. The parking in the garage is not the most user-friendly. The access code provides access to a pedestrian door. It does not open the overhead door. So, someone will have to enter/exit the vehicle to go inside the garage and operate the door every time you come and go. Not a big deal, just unusual. Any place we've ever stayed, the access code opened the garage door when entered from a vehicle. Also, the garage parking is a tight fit. It is right next to a wall with a support pillar on the other side. If you aren't in a medium size or smaller vehicle, you won't fit your vehicle without blocking the pedestrian or main overhead doors to the garage. And, you will likely leave concrete racing stripes down the side of your vehicle. All in all, the garage parking is nice to get your vehicle out of the elements, but it is not a quick turn utilizing it. Since we didn't have a parking permit for the outside parking, we had no choice.
The location of the unit relative to ski resorts and local accommodations is great. However, the convenience of being in town means you get all the city noises that accompany that. We were up pretty early to hit the slopes at opening, but we were often beaten by the snow plow that starts around 5 a.m. and makes several passes. If you're visiting in winter, be prepared for flashing lights and listening to the plow on concrete as your wake up call. The city bus has a stop at the corner outside of the master bedroom window and keeps some pretty long hours. If you're looking for a quiet, mountain getaway this is not your place.

Great weekend getaway
Liked it being in walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. The place was very nice and clean.

Overall our stay was wonderful! The unit was very clean and in great condition given how new it is. The room itself is very close to the door for easy access and parking was never an issue. The ONLY issue is that if you are there after a snow, the snow plows will wake you up around 5AM and they work hard to get those roads clear so it can be noisy early in the morning. That being said we'd certainly stay here again because of how nice the unit is and how convenient it is to all the ski areas.

Natural light galore in a fantastic location!!
This spacious 2-bedroom condo is well laid out with new, beautiful furnishings, a great kitchen, and large outdoor patio.
We loved the all of the windows and the bus stop outside one of the bedrooms was no problem for us in terms of sound at night -- the condo has a few box fans we turned on and that diluted any outdoor noise.
We loved walking to the kayak/SUP rental spot, the Tiki Bar, Lake Dillon, and walking paths all from the condo. Also a quick drive to both Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. Beautiful views all around!

The condo was clean and had every kitchen item included except for serving bowls. The quality of the appliances and furniture was first class. The only issue was the traffic noise. The condo does not have air conditioning (which is standard for this location), which means that the windows have to be opened for ventilation and cooling. This condo is on a corner and the traffic noise, especially city buses and construction equipment, was annoying during the day time. The windows are well insulated and the traffic noise was sufficiently dampened when the windows were closed.

The family of 5 stayed very comfortablly with this place. The entire unit was very clean, and had ample open spaces for mingle and/or relaxing. Both bedrooms were comfortable and enough spaces to put our belonging away. While we enjoyed our stay, there were three things we did not like - 1. there were not enough kitchen utencils so it was very challenging to cook; 2. the second bedroom gets super warm (over 70's!) no matter what we do with thermostat; 3. the city buses get very noisy (as they need to stop at the stop sign and again at the bus stop in front of the condo) and wake you up early in the morning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

We found this condo to be perfect for our vacation. It is located right in the heart of Downtown Dillon where you can walk to the marina and around Lake Dillon. We enjoyed walking around the area and discovering the local restaurants and businesses. A bowling alley, a fitness center, restaurants and even a church are located right across the parking lot from the unit. A quick 3-minute drive and you can find the grocery store, multiple shops and eateries. (We loved meeting the owner of Nick and Willy's Pizza!). 5 minutes in the other direction as you head to Keystone we found a great sledding area for our family off of Hwy 6. The unit itself was very clean and well taken care of. The furniture was comfortable and new. The decor is modern and uncluttered. We spent time enjoying the fireplace and playing games at the kitchen table. We would definitely recommend this unit to others looking for a great place to stay on their vacation.

Needs luggage stands, I would say it didn’t have enough furniture in the tv room but as we where leaving American furnitire showed up with more furniture. I would definitely upgrade the coffee pot. We corrected the spelling on thermostat note. I’m wondering if the thermostat even work, it was very hot and turned them off completely and the space still stayed above 70. I will definitely come back, great place.
